Excellent location right on the water and next to the RSL which has great food. Staff are really helpful and the room is pretty comfortable and clean. We had a family room which had enough beds for a family of 5 including the couch. The towels were particularly fluffy and luxurious!!

There is a walkway to get down to the water to access other venues and fishing spots/walking tracks but it is blocked off (probably to prevent public wandering up and onto the property). It would be good if there was a lockable gate that our room key could be used to open it. It’s a long way around (and hilly) to get down to the walking track otherwise. Just a minor thing really!

Our second stay here. We enjoyed it the first time a few years, so were happy to come back. It is clear the current management are doing up the rooms, and it shows. The little art deco touches were lovely. Very well located, right next to the best RSL I have ever been to (food/prices/views), and the views from the hotel are million dollar views. I am sure we'll be back again someday. Management were also very accommodation to our little requests.

Love the good old fashion personal service with nothing a problem for them!! Lovely to see all the happy polite staff! The motel was so clean, spacious & very quite at night. So central with paths everywhere including into township plus also down to the beach & breakwall if looking for exercise walk. You won't be disappointed with a stay at this motel.

So central to everything, park your car & enjoy the wonderful walks. Can also just sit on balcony & enjoy the views beyond. Right next door to local RSL for a good meal.

Location was great. We had a family room (12A) facing the street that had no traffic noise at all. Other rooms in the motel had great water views. The room was a good size, clean and with everything was in working order. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was well set out. The motel is located next to Nambucca RSL club that has great meals. We can highly recommend the Miramar motel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay at Nambucca Heads.

Amazing location and views. The unit had everything you needed very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Quiet and the garden was a nice place to sit to admire the view. Having a pool was also a bonus as was washing machines and dryer being on site.Would definitely stay again.

Could maybe have done with a small coffee table to put drinks on when sitting on the couch but not a big issue.

While the motel doesn't look like much from the outside the view from the rooms over their well maintained garden is really attractive and a walk outside the room opens the vista to the river. The ability to open a sliding door as well as a window allowed great airflow as did both the ceiling fan and the air conditioner which we didn't need to use. Visited by the local magpies and the resident water dragon. Garden chairs outside the room as well as a few BBQ tables meant you could sit comfortably outside, although it would get hot in the day as there's no shade. The room was bigger than expected and the beds were very comfortable. The towels were fabulously thick and fluffy, not what you'd expect from motel towels. Nice touches like detergent and a tea towel for washing dishes and access to enough cutlery and crockery for three as well as a good size table to eat off were appreciated as was the microwave when we brought take away back to the room. The shower pressure was reasonable and the water hot. The motel is within five minutes walking distance of a variety of restaurants anf cafes although most were shut as this was that time between Christmas and 15th Dec when the hospitality trade takes a break. A walk down the road, or along the boardwalk led to a few more options and the motel is right next to the RSL.

The pool area has seen better days and the basin in the bathroom was cracked and the bathroom was a little old, but it seems renovations are slowly taking place, as evidenced by the quality of the room itself. Check in and out was easy but the lady at the desk was a little brusque.

The location was great, the front units have an excellent view of the beach. This Motel is value for money and perfect for families. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a spacious living area.

My only negetive if yiu could call it that was I didn't understand that it was an upsttairs unit. My husband and I are in our 70's now and stairs are begionning to become an issue. But really the quality of the accomodation made up for a little inconvenience.

We booked the 3br unit, and I wish we were staying longer than over night. After being in a car for 8hrs it was nice we all had our own space. Great value for money, everything provided in the room you could possibly need. The bbq area and pool were beautiful with amazing views. Very well maintained and clean. Very spacious rooms and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

The location is very handy for eateries, supermarket supplies, boardwalk strolls and the ‘arry ‘. Also many birds hanging about and the river vista is very pleasant. There was peaceful ambiance during our stay and the comfortable beds meant a great nights sleep.

No pot to boil an egg - I know one would be supplied if we had asked for one but we walked 2 minutes to the café instead.

Bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great...thank you Towels - soft and fluffy and the cups / bowls etc were perfect. Very clean - we will use this motel again when travelling.

In the room we were in - 12A - A concern is the small step entering the bathroom - it is a trip hazard and could result in a nasty fall. More of a concern - in relation to WPH&S - was the carpark at the back of the motel - which is in fact the Emergency response Area - the fencing is extremely dangerous and inadequate. Particularly for a child - the fence is low - just two rails and it is a high and steep cliff - "no stopping" - if one was to fall over or climb through the railing.
