Beautiful private location. Lovely water course & garden surrounds. Close to several dining options.

Not being advised the apartment was up a steep flight of stairs, which I struggled with my heavy work suitcase in the rain (stairs need to have better grip applied - very slippery when wet). Glad I was not elderly or unsteady. Also advised the clerk at checkout that the bedroom window was open all night and could not be closed - only to be told they knew about that and were waiting for a part for the arm crank. I would think any hotel maintenance manager would think to place a temporary cover over the open area so guests don’t need to sleep with the air con on high all night to stay warm. A real shame as otherwise this is a lovely property.

I had a wonderful time, enjoyed the location, both within the resort but also the beach and town.

The only complaint I had was the boys that took over the pool each afternoon, they were loud and disruptive and left rubbish after they left the pool. This prevented people staying at the resort being able to enjoy the pool or to sit outside their rooms. Such a shame. I personally wouldn't have a problem if they came in and left after a reasonable period but they threw furniture into the pool and their behaviour prohibited others enjoying the pool.

The units were well appointed and very clean (believe ours had been refurbished). Plenty of space. Location was excellent, close to amenities and plenty of walking/sightseeing areas close by. Excellent value for money.

A second toilet would be ace, but definitely not a deal breaker. Also a mat at the door that doesn't get full of water, the tiles were a little slippery coming in from the rain. Some scratch pads on the bottom of the dining chairs too? The parking spots are tight - but nothing a quick little reverse out cant fix.

Upstairs family apartment was a good size and had everything we required for our short stay.

Unfortunately, the apartment had an old, musty smell to it. We sprayed our own Glen20 throughout and opened all the doors and windows to try and combat this. Also, there was no soap left in the shower dispenser, and you must strip all the beds of their linen and place it all in the laundry bag upon departure otherwise you will be issued with an additional cost. I have never come across this requirement before.

We booked an overnight stay to break up our drive from Queensland to Sydney. We arrived after office hours, and the process for getting our keys and getting into our room was well-explained and easy. The apartment was LOVELY!!! Clean, modern, everything we needed for our comfort - we loved it! It was our first time in Urunga, and the views in the morning were beautiful! If we'd known Urunga is so picturesque, we would have stayed there and not bothered with Queensland! We will be back!

* Cold swimming pool => solar pool heating system will be great for all year round * Same bin for paper with plastic containers => a separate paper only bin will be great * Small amounts of instant coffee and tea for our 8 days/7 nights stay => preferably at least 2 sachets of coffee and 1 sachet of tea for each adult per day

No house keeping No extra towels for the entire 3 nights stay When asked told us to wash and re use the towels . People came for holidays not to wash and re use also the price is reasonable and not cheap for the stay There is no dish washer in any houses Need to wash all dishes every time and day Also terms and conditions sending all the time to make sure everything should be clean and tidy before leaving otherwise will change $88 for it Looks they knew the above facility is not there and people may left the house unclean And it can be money making strategy We have to spend good two hours in cleaning kitchen because of no dishwasher and struggle to use towels especially staying with kids

Could not have asked for a better location of our two-bedroom apartment, overlooking the pool & 8th hole. The gardens are lovely & very well maintained, grounds are kept clean & tidy. Accommodation was exceptional, having kitchen, large veranda & good size lounge area, everything we needed. Walking distance to quaint Urunga township, golf club & course next door with very friendly staff.

If I had anything to complain about, it would only be the light exhaust in bathroom which was very loud. Couldn't just turn light on.

It was a good size and layout for our 10 day stay. It was relatively quiet and the complex is well managed. The location for those who like walking is excellent. It’s close to everything and close to the start of Waterfall Way. The units are well designed and equipped for cooking basic meals, if desired.

Being in the very end unit this time, was good, although backing on to the Golf course did come with a little extra noise some mornings with lawn maintenance. The other issue was a few random people and children coming across our back garden to the unit next door as it wasn’t completely fenced off as others were.

Exceeded my expectations with cleanliness and facilities. Great little spot to stop at on our road trip between Sydney and Brisbane. We booked due to availability but would definitely love to return. Everything we needed and a great price for the time of year compared to other places we were looking at in nearby towns. Well stocked unit with lovely space to run around, jump on the trampoline and play in the pool for the kids. Plus a very scenic spot.
