I had a wonderful time, enjoyed the location, both within the resort but also the beach and town.

The only complaint I had was the boys that took over the pool each afternoon, they were loud and disruptive and left rubbish after they left the pool. This prevented people staying at the resort being able to enjoy the pool or to sit outside their rooms. Such a shame. I personally wouldn't have a problem if they came in and left after a reasonable period but they threw furniture into the pool and their behaviour prohibited others enjoying the pool.

The units were well appointed and very clean (believe ours had been refurbished). Plenty of space. Location was excellent, close to amenities and plenty of walking/sightseeing areas close by. Excellent value for money.

A second toilet would be ace, but definitely not a deal breaker. Also a mat at the door that doesn't get full of water, the tiles were a little slippery coming in from the rain. Some scratch pads on the bottom of the dining chairs too? The parking spots are tight - but nothing a quick little reverse out cant fix.

* Safety: all age friendly place with safely pathway, stairs and layouts * Well-maintained resort, clean room, nice garden, daily cleaning swimming pool * Acknowledgement of the country, Aboriginal language & symbols in the garden * Sustainability practices with recycle bins, roof-mounted solar hot water system * Peaceful and close to the boardwalk (amazing atmosphere at dawn before sunrise) * Kitchen facilities and equipment * Laundry facilities for long stay * Capsule Coffee machine with some provided coffee pods (great for future improvement by using reusable coffee pods)

* Cold swimming pool => solar pool heating system will be great for all year round * Same bin for paper with plastic containers => a separate paper only bin will be great * Small amounts of instant coffee and tea for our 8 days/7 nights stay => preferably at least 2 sachets of coffee and 1 sachet of tea for each adult per day

No house keeping No extra towels for the entire 3 nights stay When asked told us to wash and re use the towels . People came for holidays not to wash and re use also the price is reasonable and not cheap for the stay There is no dish washer in any houses Need to wash all dishes every time and day Also terms and conditions sending all the time to make sure everything should be clean and tidy before leaving otherwise will change $88 for it Looks they knew the above facility is not there and people may left the house unclean And it can be money making strategy We have to spend good two hours in cleaning kitchen because of no dishwasher and struggle to use towels especially staying with kids

Could not have asked for a better location of our two-bedroom apartment, overlooking the pool & 8th hole. The gardens are lovely & very well maintained, grounds are kept clean & tidy. Accommodation was exceptional, having kitchen, large veranda & good size lounge area, everything we needed. Walking distance to quaint Urunga township, golf club & course next door with very friendly staff.

If I had anything to complain about, it would only be the light exhaust in bathroom which was very loud. Couldn't just turn light on.

It was a good size and layout for our 10 day stay. It was relatively quiet and the complex is well managed. The location for those who like walking is excellent. It’s close to everything and close to the start of Waterfall Way. The units are well designed and equipped for cooking basic meals, if desired.

Being in the very end unit this time, was good, although backing on to the Golf course did come with a little extra noise some mornings with lawn maintenance. The other issue was a few random people and children coming across our back garden to the unit next door as it wasn’t completely fenced off as others were.

Exceeded my expectations with cleanliness and facilities. Great little spot to stop at on our road trip between Sydney and Brisbane. We booked due to availability but would definitely love to return. Everything we needed and a great price for the time of year compared to other places we were looking at in nearby towns. Well stocked unit with lovely space to run around, jump on the trampoline and play in the pool for the kids. Plus a very scenic spot.

We love Urunga and it is one place we visit regularly. The rooms are very lovely especially having a pool view. The rooms are also very private due to the way they are designed. Great sized kitchen with plenty of extra cupboard space for food & nice size bathroom which included a washing machine and dryer. Also the resort is in a great location to club, shops, river and golf course.

A larger clothes airer could be provided for doing washing that can't be put throught the dryer.

The location was good as were the facilities.

The towels could be bit bigger and thicker. I was a bit taken back with the threat of an $88 cleaning fee if amongst other things the beds were not stripped of the linen and placed in a linen laundry bag, which by the way was not big enough to hold all the linen. Never in all my travels have I been asked to strip the beds.

Location is outstanding. Urunga is a superb small town in an amazing location and The resort is in a magnificent location on the river. Just gorgeous and peaceful. The Urunga boardwalk- fantastic! Paddle boarding was Devine! Staff were incredible - helpful and friendly. The units were just, Perfect! Well laid out, clean, well equipped. Beds are slightly on the hard side (which I like), if you like a soft bed then bring a topper. Couch was so comfy. Table on the patio was a very nice place to relax. Come winter or summer - you will love your stay!

Nothing. We couldn’t book three consecutive nights in one unit so had a second unit for the third night - the staff could not have been more accomodating and our shift to the second unit was a breeze - plus we then experienced an upper floor unit with its views!
