The hill-top views and the access to the beach are excellent. The new owners have commendably spent their money on the things that matter - especially the interiors of the cabins, which otherwise look a little shabby on the outside. The kitchen and bathroom are very modern, stylish and work well. All the fittings are new and there are even two TVs - one for the main bedroom!

The outside of the cabins need a new coat of paint, if only to protect them from bad weather. The insides are warm and dry.

The view was amazing, the cabin had everything I needed, the location was great and easy to get to and I slept really well. There is a path to the beach nearby which allows for a quick walk on the beach even on rainy days. The staff were helpful and the cleaning staff returned something I’d left behind to the office.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Loved hearing waves at night. Close to surf club and lookouts. Found a lovely coffee shop called Good time Charles. Coffee and muffins delicious. Great walk along the v wall. Tourist information centre very knowledgeable and friendly.

Beautiful location overlooking the beach. The cabin I stayed in was rustic yet charming, with a lovely, wide verandah. The shampoo and bodywash products were fragrant and good quality.

The bathroom was a tight squeeze, but adequate for a beach hut.

Great location. Rooms were comfy and tidy. Great access to beach etc and short drive to town for cafes and restaurants and main shops.

Internet/phone reception was poor and the holiday park wifi was not working. Had to walk towards the cliff side of park to get reception.

Loved the beach location, the cabin accommodation was fantastic and it was clean and tidy. The laundry facilities with card pay set up was perfect (as I don't carry cash).

What's not to like?

The closeness to town and the relative I was visiting. A great view of the beach.

I had trouble with the lock on my door. Always locked the screen door from the outside. Able to lock the main door from inside. This did bother me. Otherwise all OK.

Absolutely loved the view looking over the beach. The staff was amazing and was very kind. Everything was very accessible to access.

Other then the steep hill you have to walk down and up from the beach, nothing else.

The view from our cabin (cabin 5 to be exact) was absolutely breathtaking. Everything was clean and today, well looked after and staff were friendly.

Everything we needed was available in the cabin. The location was fantastic - close to the beach, cafes and the views in the park were lovely.
