My husband and I stayed in an incredibly spacious cabin that was only a few steps from the water's edge. It had modern fittings, very good kitchen facilities and the bed was very comfortable. The lady at the reception was welcoming and helpful. A small Spar supermarket is across the road.

The wifi did not work inside the cabin, even though we were very close to the reception area. There was a reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the living room, but not in the bedrooms. The shorter viewing platform next to the caravan park is open, but Urunga's amazing boardwalk to the ocean is, sadly, temporarily closed for upgrading. A workman told me that a section of it should be ready for the Christmas holidays.

There is a full sized fridge and a well appointed kitchen with anything you should need, ok no oven but well come on how much do you want to cook. There is a supermarket just across the road and a club down the road. The cabin I was in is a good size for 2 people.

Hot water heater is a little on the small side and if there are 2 people and if you like your shower then you may need to space time between showers to allow the water to reheat. Not the parks fault but other guests need to realise that because sites are so close that any excess noise is just making other guests stay a bit more unpleasant, please consider others.

It was our first holiday to Urunga and were glad we chose to stay at the Reflections Holiday Park Urunga. We were able to book a two bedroom cabin with a front balcony and full-sized kitchen. It was a short walk to the Urunga Lido where the kids can swim and play in the Urunga Lagoon. It is tidal but is a bit more protected than the Bellinger River. It was a good walk along the boardwalk which is the entrance to the Bellinger River. It was a good fishing spot also, we caught some flathead, brim and whiting on the boardwalk. It was an easy stroll to the two local grocers and pubs. We chose to cook a meal on the communal bbq area to keep the temp down in the cabin as it was early summer. It was a quality holiday and somewhere to consider in the future.

We liked everything about our holiday but hope the prices remain stable and don't get inflated beyond the reach of hard-working families that appreciate a holiday to locations like Urunga.

Beautiful view

We had a blackout. Went to the office with another camper he rang as the office had just closed the lady said the town was blacked out and hung up. I was in the cabin on my own in the dark no candles anywhere. I was disappointed in the staff members reaction. She could have came and checked on campers to see if any candles and matches were required. I suggest you sippy candles and matches in the cabins if your staff aren’t going to help campers

Urunga is such a beautiful, peaceful, sacred little town. As very keen fishing people my partner & I had an absolutely amazing time. To make things even more magical we were lucky enough to score a beautiful cabin at Urunga Reflection park which was right next to the water ways. Absolute heaven, both the the park itself and the area it’s situated in. Had the best time even if it did rain off & on. Thankyou so much to all the staff at the Urunga Reflection park .

There’s nothing not to like here at Urunga.

The location was fantastic as you could walk to pub and club. A very pretty place and would recommend a stay to anyone. An easy drive to Bellingen and surrounds which is a lovely drive. Staff pleasant and helpful on arrival. Weather was perfect which always helps for a great stay. Cabin was clean and had everything one required. Although we did not cook everything was there if needed.

Nothing really but if you had children a pool would be fantastic.

The cabin was spacious, clean and comfortable, everything you require was provided including a fabulous bar-b-que on the verandah. :) the boardwalk out to the ocean was brilliant but unfortunate that another section of the boardwalk was unavailable due to recent storm activity.

Can't think of anything and would go back again.

The locality was second to none. It is situated next to the boardwalk at the river mouth, within walking distance to shops, cafes, clubs and pub. Two members of our party had dogs, which were welcomed in the park.

We couldn't find a cutting board in the cabin, and noticed that the formica was a little scratched, probably due to previous occupants cutting food directly on the benchtop.

Proximity to village, village facilities and general location. Cabin was probably the best designed I have ever stayed in.

Location of cabin . Main bedroom was next to the pathway to the bathrooms for caravan stayers. Continually woke us up with noise.

It is a beautifil location for a short stay. The walk to the headland was good exercise and the view great. The cabin was perfect for 2 people.

It was probably in the worst location - right next to the main road - but there was very little overnight traffic. All the positives outweighed this negative but we will request a cabin with a water view next time.
