Beautiful quiet location outside of town but only a 3 minute drive from Nambucca Heads town centre and shops. In fact, there is a small shopping centre just a 1 minute drive away. Very clean comfortable room serviced daily. Fabulous view of the river from the patio outside the room. The owner is a wonderful friendly lady who is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the beautiful local countryside and beaches. Recommended. We will stay here again when we are next in the area.

The view out the back onto the wetlands was a pleasant place to spend time outside of the room. A more welcoming pathway could be added to facilitate this asset. Well set back in from the road with lush garden. A bedside lamp on my side of the bed or a comfy chair would be nice. Well appointed for the budget price. It is the second time my partner stayed here and was recommended by him. Thank you. Easter eggs a nice touch.

It was back off the road providing peaceful accommodation. Helena is friendly and happy to share dining recommendations (which were awesome). Beds were super comfortable, room clean and well equipped (good aircon, microwave, small fridge, large tv, plenty of powerpoints) and wonderful hot shower. Lovely view from rooms 9 & 10 with outdoor seating. Best value for money, would stay again.

It’s an older style property but with all the comforts needed for a short stay or holiday.

A beautiful spot with a really nice outdoor area to catch the sunrise or see the Milky Way at night. The property has so many features like a bbq to cook your food, a spot to have a fire and is pet friendly. During our stay we were offered fresh towels, shower curtain, coffee, milk and a quick clean daily. The owners and staff check in when they see you and are so lovely to talk to.

The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The shower was the best with great water pressure. Room was lovely clean and comfortable and warm. Great little motel to stay at. The owner was absolutely friendly and very helpful. Love the fact it is also.pet friendly for travellers. Close to all shops and town. Very happy with my stay. Definitely will be comming back to stay.

I liked everything no complaints

On arriving the host gave me a tour of the outside views and had pride in his accommodation and location. Everything was above my expectation. It was quiet even though the walls were shared. Close to shoreline for walks if you have a car. Room was great. Everything installed to give it a homely feel. However it was a bit small if not traveling alone. However they have bigger rooms. Couldn't have hoped for better with such friendliness and welcoming.

Everything was great. They might have done with a sensor light to give more lighting to the step outside the room door to the car as it was a bit steep so for me not being as nimble as I was once, it would have been appreciated.

Although this is an older motel it has been nicely refinished. The kitchenette is very well stocked with utensils etc. The drop down table is a great idea for utilising the space efficiently. Very nice well maintained grounds. Covered designated parking in front of the room. Bed was comfortable. Not the largest room we have stayed in but perfectly adequate. Enough room to have 2 suitcases open and still move around. I would recommend

We were lucky enough to get a room with river views, which was beautiful. Staff are really friendly and have great recommendations, do everything they tell you to and you won't regret it! Rooms were really well set up, very clean and comfortable. We were only able to stay a night, but could see this being a great place to stay for longer.

Owner/manager was friendly and knowledgeable. Self contained had small fridge, microwave kettle toaster. Lovely outdoor BBQ area Quiet We will stay again

Wifi reception was really bad inside the accommodation. This is a common fault we are finding at most motels, not just here. But it makes it difficult when travelling for business

I am looking forward to staying here again, with my dog. It is so difficult to find accommodation that allows you to bring your dog. So it was such a relief when the hosts made me and my dog feel comfortable. I am surprised there are not more places that accommodate dogs. The motel was lovely and clean, which was a relief after the previous place I had stayed in.
