All rooms have a front and back view and depending on the room you are in it is either the back or the front view that is excellent and stunning. Each room has a front and back sitting area. The shower is great and the beds seem very soft when you first lie down, but they are not, they are "dream beds" and ensure you have a wonderful sleep! Staff was very friendly and nothing was too much. The restaurant, though not operated by The Lodge, is wonderful and also excellent food and excellent service. We will be going back to both The Lodge and Three Blue Ducks!

Beautiful location and surrounds, very modern room with two doors and places to sit outside, friendly staff, quiet and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. As the restaurant is being upgraded, we were provided a list of local eateries, which was helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sadly, we didn't have time to enjoy the pool, maybe next time!

Very little to dislike! There were a couple of mozzies but we have had some rain! The shower had a partial screen which meant some water escaped onto the bathroom floor. It would've been nice to have a table and a couple of chairs inside instead of the tub chair. That's being picky and our personal preference, though!

The room was clean and had a good view and all appliances worked fine as expected. The breakfast in the dining room was excellent and we liked the ambiance inside and on the terrace of the dining room. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was good for a standard King Room but didn't quite look like the DELUXE KING ROOM we paid for. We had to bring the small table and two chairs inside from the terrace to have some seating inside the room.

The recently built room was very well equipped and comfortable, with all amenities available. The very large bed was very comfortable, and the view from the room over the valley was exceptional. The only request we made of the staff was promptly and positively addressed. The potential once the construction of the restaurant is complete is very promising. While it is not cheap, we felt spoiled and very much enjoyed our two night stay.

View from the room lovely in the evning. Restaurant not operating, but Pizzas by the pool Saturday night filled the gap very well. Room large and comfortable, room staff chatty and helpful. Walk around the grounds a good way to stretch the legs and check out the alpacas, who I suspect had seen our type many times before.

Really, nothing. Room cost a bit indulgent for us, but a really nice treat. We would have walked into town if that was an option, but understand completely why its not recommended, and it didn't detract from our stay.

We loved everything: our room was beautiful and well decorated. The view, the alpacas. Everything is like in the pictures and even better. The property is very well kept and we loved walking around and relax in the nature.

Nothing! The lodge and Bellingen were an incredible surprise for us. We had already some bookings for our next destination, otherwise we would have stayed longer.

Really enjoyed staying in the glamping tent which was clean, beautifully furnished and well stocked. Would recommend simply for the view - with a tranquil verdant green expanse greeting you in the morning. It's about as close to living in nature as you can get while retaining the creature comforts of heated baths and plushy beds. And not forgetting the adorable alpacas which we thoroughly enjoyed feeding! Overall a very welcome respite from a long day of travelling and would highly recommend to anyone visiting or passing through Bellingen.

The grill was out of gas and took a while to be replaced, but the staff were ever so helpful and worked into the dark to address the issue. Also, the room with bunk beds is probably more suited for children as it's pretty small.

very clean and room we stayed in seemed newly renovated. room was great for a family with beautiful bunks slightly partitioned off from main room. excellent standard. lovely pool bar which sold delicious wood fired pizzas. rooms had pleasant outdoor dining area. the property was set within really beautiful grounds and there were also alpacas which kids could feed. property about a two min drive from Bellingen centre and all the restaurants.

the spa in the pool area was cold which was a bit odd.

The location is stunning, and the rooms are lovely. Staff go out of their way to make your stay great - Nicola was super friendly and nice - and it's only a $15 can ride to town.

My advice, go the queen rooms. They have more space than the king rooms and you get a much better view of the mountains out the back. Not a huge fan of the barn door for the toilet, an air tight seal is more my go for toilets, but it certainly looks good and is space efficient.

No breakfast amenities yet ,only a small kitchenette, which was okay , l love the room the bathroom ,the views amazing,property gorgeous, you can wonder & even swing of a rose large swing chair which l did ,excellent little pool area with spa ,bar ,beautiful outdoor amenities, stylish , Generally this is an excellent property in a rural area ,massive hills ,trees ,nature glorious with the large black cockatoo's ,kookaburra's, the magnificent large Dorrigo mountains which go into the great deciding ranges ,fauna & flora abound with waterfalls ,massive ancient trees ,ancient rainforests ,the Promised Land ,The Never Never River ,lagoons ,swimming areas ,not @ this time of the year ,very cold ,like winter ,there has been times of light snow around the upper areas ,very high ,l do love this property have been there more then twice .

Pool not heated as even with solar as was cool to cold ,lights were out @ out terrace out door area front & back ,l reported it ,the kettle which is really nice had some granulated stuff l had to clean out ,every thing was reported to manger of house keeping .
