I stayed 10 nights with a toddler, a baby, and my partner. I booked a twin room (double and single bed, one room), which was very clean, comfortable, and very spacious. Location is a prefect distance to all attractions and beaches. The noise from the highway was very minimal as the motel is set a far distance back from the road, while there is no longer a playground there is plenty of space and grassy areas for kids to play and run around, plenty parking space for cars, trucks and trailers. All staff, Management and cleaning crew are absolutely lovely and wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Premier Comfort Inn exceeded all my expectations, value for money, Comfortable and spacious room, wonderful staff, plenty of space for a toddler to run around while at the motel and being minutes away from all Coffs Harbours beautiful beaches and attractions. I highly recommend choosing Premier Comfort Inn as your motel when staying in Coffs Harbour, I have been travelling here every year for 17 years with my family and have stayed at other motels and hotels but first time staying at Premier which will now be our first choice when returning! 5 stars highly recommend 👌

I have no dislikes, the motel exceeded all my expectations, it was a wonderful place to stay at.

bed was comfortable , had everything we needed. It is an older style motel but clean and tidy , with comfortable beds and sufficient for a couple of nights stay . location was actually really easy to find , close to everything we needed and quiet despite being on a major road

there wasn't really anything that was a problem , when you are looking for budget accommodation , you know that the rooms are going to be an older style , but as long as the bed is comfortable , that is one of the most important things

So comfortable and clean, cute wee room for me a solo female traveller. Was the perfect size. Crisp white bedding and linen, free and safe car parking right outside my door. The receptionist was lovely and greeted me upon check in and out genuinely and with a smile. Great, clean and powerful aircon in the room, as well as a ceiling fan. Handy being on the main road too, could just nip up and onto the highway! I didnt hear the traffic at all! I really enjoyed my stay! Thank you 😊

The room was clean and well organised. It wasn`t big and there was no sitting area inside if it`s important for someone. There was a table and 2 chairs outside next to the room and it was nice to sit there in the evening and have a drink. The bathroom and shower were very good. The motel provides soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and enough towels. However, there was no hair dryer (at least I didn`t see one). The bed was comfy but I personally didn`t like any of the pillows, however, I am a sensitive sleeper. My partner didn`t complain about the pillows. There is a parking spot per room free of charge.

The room was very clean and well maintained. Facilities included fridge, microwave, toaster and jug. The motel was situated just off the main road into Coffs Harbour but there was little traffic noise. Staff were accommodating.

Getting into and out of the motel was a little tricky with it's situation so close to the highway. There weren't traffic lights to enable safe passage. Need to take care.

The room was very clean and my wife liked the comfort level of the bed. I can sleep on a concrete floor. The hot water was just that 'HOT' and the flow was great. Finally a fridge that worked. The building is set back from the road and considering Highway 1 is the road, the noise level didn't concern us. There are works underway for a by-pass due for completion 2027. Good luck with that date!

The WiFi dropped out at times but we had good 5G coverage. The 'Continental Breakfast' could have more options. The bathroom door is narrow so my wife hit the attached towel rail with her arm a few times. There was a bit of annoying drainage noise from the floor and shower waste when using the vanity basin.

A lovely functional Motel, clean and comfortable and one that suited our needs.

Right hand entry to the premises heading south from Coffs Harbour Township is a little difficult in peak traffic times, but with care it is quite doable and has a separate right hand queue lane on the highway.

The room was so clean and everything was really beautifully done and appointed. The staff were lovely. There was not one thing I was not happy with. I would definitely stay again and recommend The premier Comfort Inn to anybody travelling to Coffs Harbour. I will definitely stay there again. 😀🤗

Super close to what we needed and close to the airport as well! Would definitely come back. The place had air conditioning and a fan as well as an oversized shower as well

Not necessarily a “didn’t like” however our complimentary milk was out of date. This didn’t overly concern us as we had brought our own supplies and were not expecting to have received milk to begin with.

Our family room had 3 beds plus a small table and chairs. Little kitchenette where you could heat meals, make toast etc for breakfast. Bathroom was large & clean. Had air conditioning & fan. Wish the staff had turned on the air con in the afternoon as it was very hot in the room when we entered and it took a good 6 hrs to cool down . Perhaps servicing is required.
