We arrived late at the Best Western Parkside Motor Inn after a long day of travel. We called ahead and were given clear instructions on how to retrieve our keys, this worked with no issue. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and nearby to each other as requested. The family rooms was especially large with a nice layout. Conveniently located nearby shops and restaurants.

The motel was quite hard to find as we arrived at night and there are large trees blocking the signage, also the signs were not lit up in any way. There was no parking available inside the motel parking area, all spots were taken and we had to park along the street nearby to the motel.

Our room was lovely. The bricks are gorgeous character. Very clean. Big clean shower after the long drive was amazing. The pool is great! Easy and friendly check in and out. We received milk on arrival and found all the little things like tea, coffee and vanity packets very thoughtful. So close to the wharf and lookout and a short walk to a great coffee shop or Woolies. Parking by the door is super handy too.

Location is in a quite street away from the main highway so it was quiet. The room was clean and the linen fresh. There was a real fridge for our needs. Wi-fi worked and the tv was easy to use.

Understand the property is small, so the parking can be a issue. We had to park on the street with dodgy people walking past and what looks like a homeless person living in the park nearby.

Overall, my stay at the motel room was decent. It was nice, clean, and spacious room for a family of 5 members.

There were a few issues. The bedsheet had some stains, which was a bit disappointing. It would've been great if they had left extra clean bedsheets for us to use. Additionally, the kitchenette lacked a tap for water and a small sink, making it inconvenient for washing dishes or accessing drinking water. Overall, it was an okay stay, but these improvements would make it much better for guests.

Good size room with mini kitchenette with microwave, kettle and toaster plus reasonable fridge. Bathrooms recently renovated. Beds made every day and new towels was a nice touch

Pool area is a bit stark. We were in Coffs harbour for an oz tag tournament so room rate was quite inflated.

We had a great stay - only one night but would happily have stayed longer. Quiet, clean and safe with a lovely renovated bathroom. Beds were comfy and parking was easy. Walking distance to supermarket and restaurants and gentleman at reception was lovely.

Very comfortable stay at the Parkside motor inn. Some of the most comfortable bedding I've ever had at a motel, which was great because I did some long hours of shooting photography so it didn't take me long to get to sleep. We were able to park right outside.

Parking could have been an issue as people can take the spot right outside your room and you may be left with a slightly longer walk. Normally not an issue but the weather was poor so you could be unpacking/packing out in the rain rather than right next to your room. It happened to other guests next door to us.

Great location. Just off the highway. Easy access. Carparking available. Short drive to shops/restaurants/activities. Loved the family room. Spacious and 2 of the single beds off to the main room allowing for some privacy. We had the top floor room (1st floor). The room was very clean. The property was quiet. Reasonably priced. The owners were great. Unfortunately we had a water problem before leaving home which put us about 7 hours behind our estimated arrival time. No problem the key was sorted in an out of hours collection. Suggestion- book early in holiday times as Coffs Harbour is a popular place.

Honestly I really liked the overnight stay.

Enjoyable 2 night stay. The owner was very helpful with directions to various locations. Bed was very comfy, and facilities were good overall.

Location and general area were very busy, as we were completely unfamiliar with the city

This was a lovely little place to stay for a overnight stop over on a road trip, it is close to the highway but far enough away that the noise is not an issue. The room was clean and tidy with an updated bathroom. The bed was on the softer side and quite comfortable. Pool was nice and clean, kids enjoyed jumping in during our short stay.
