The location was very good for the harbour and jetty (and nice restaurants) and walk to Mutton Island and beaches. There were good local cafes and a pharmacy and small supermarket.

The railway line was at the back of the apartments, but screened by a high wall and we didn't hear any trains after about 10:30pm. Traffic was very heavy coming and going to the jetty area on Sunday, presumably for the Sunday market (our one full day was a Sunday). The apartment was comfortable and well appointed, but the microwave needed to be upgraded, or at least have some instructions! The TV similarly needed instructions to enable free to air channels to be found. We were some distance from the centre and main shops of Coffs Harbour.

Travelling with my elderly parents, the staff were amazing even taking the time to call me on behalf of them when they were having mobile phone issues. Accommodation was clean, it had absolutely everything you could want and need, walking distanceto restaurants, bakery, supermarket perfectlocation. The 3 bedroom accommodation is so spacious.

Little bit of traffic and train noise. Last trip, we were on the 1st flood and never noticed it this time we were on the ground floor. One of the single beds you could feel the springs. However, none of this will stop me from coming back as I sure will be back.

Stayed only for 1 night dropping by on the way to Gold Coast from Sydney. I'm in Gold Coast now and cannot stop thinking I should've stayed at Pacific Marina/coffs harbour much longer. Apartment allocated for us was the best of the best, had 2 kids and they jumped into the warm pool just through the living room. Rooms and everything in general, were all very clean and tidy, I cannot compare with where I am right now at Gold Coast. Amenities and kitchenware were perfectly prepared, enough towels, blankets just as we needed. As it is getting cooler perhaps heaters for 2 other rooms would be great, one that was there did not work which was not that important considering the weather now.

Amazing location. Parked the car in the garage and never used it until we left. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Huge balcony, well furnished. There are 4 blocks of apartments and we were in the fourth. The choice of heated or unheated pools was fantastic. Quiet area within walking distance of jetty and board walk. Saw dolphins on our morning walk! Plenty of cafes, eateries to choose from, including one directly across the road. The local supermarket is handy but very expensive.

Other reviews mention the railway. Yes, you hear the trains. They can be loud but they are few and far between and are gone within minutes. They didn't bother us. Front road traffic is also noticeable during peak times but not overbearing.

Great location, great restaurants and cafes nearby, the beach and wharf right near the apartments. Lovely heated pool (was also a non heated pool). The apartment was lovely, well-sized, and furnished wonderfully. We booked two apartments for 9 adults and 3 children under the age of 7, and everyone fit comfortably with room to breathe. There was a washing machine and dryer in the apartment, which was very convenient. Staff were very accommodating and friendly upon checkin, and they have convenient parking available. Would highly recommend.

Wifi was a bit spotty and would frequently be unavailable. But otherwise no complaints

The staff is great, the service is great, I made a mistake and booked 2 duplicate rooms, the staff actually helped me negotiate with booking, only charged a service fee, and refunded me one night's fee. The room is very clean, the bedding is very comfortable, I slept very well here. My child can even sleep from 7pm to 6am the next day, nearly 12 hours. The location is very good, there are two very good restaurants within a 5-minute walk, Jetty Pavilion and Twenty46. This is the luckiest journey in Coffs Harbour.

The apartment was absolutely amazing and close to everything we needed and wanted to do After hour late check-in was easy and hassle free. The secured gated underground parking was great. There are train tracks that run behind the apartments. But you barely take any notice when they go past. The view from the top floor balcony was lovely. Even if we couldn't see the beach, we could still hear it.

I would have loved not being woken up by the sun shining through the blinds (they were closed it was the side gaps the sun came through). But other than that, everything else was brilliant!

The apartment was very spacious with everything you would need. There is nothing I could fault with the apartment. Spotlessly clean and great value.

First impressions of the location wasn’t great. Surrounded by a lot of unused land and adjacent to level crossing and railway. We had a marina view, you could just see it in the distance. I think the apartment was faultless, best we have stayed in but not sure if they are all the same. Coffs harbour didn’t live up to expectations for us. Limited things to do.

Location to facilities and family

The facility was great, the staff were great however the owner of the actual apartment we stayed in needs to spend a little money on it to make it more homely to reduce the echo. The cleaning products like, broom, bucket, mop etc were just cluttered in the corner of the bathroom / laundry making it very untidy (could easily be fixed with a door to cover the laundry portion of the room. Light mesh curtains on the lounge and master bedroom would make the unit feel more warmer. The unit was very sparse, felt cold, not very homely at all.

Perfect location, nearby shops,restaurants and cafe, facilities. Easy access from apartment to pools. Plus front italian restaurant serves excellent food. Well stacked kitchen utensils and cooking supplies. They provide dishwasher and laundry soap,which is so handy. (Tip: bring your own beach towels if you want to use their pools) Plenty of walking tracks, jetty, beach and up the hill overlooking the ocean. It was just beautiful.

Train line right at the back of the property can be noisy sometimes.
