A nice location and I liked the layout of the apartment. The appliances were all in working order, it was air conditioned and the pool + spa was nice. Checking in and out was very simple. It’s a very short and pleasant walk to the beach. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had.

It was a bit dusty - it seemed like the floor was vacuumed before we checked in but there was a lot of dust on surfaces. The light in one bedroom didn’t work (it flashes on and off like a strobe light), so we just didn’t use that light. A lot of the cups/glasses/plates/bowls/utensils were very dirty - some of the mugs had old coffee in them still. We ended up having to buy an egg flip to use because the one in the apartment was actually disintergrating and flaking black plastic everywhere.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment and the facilities available to us. We went straight to the supermarket and filled the fridge, knowing we could cook meals in the kitchen rather than eat out for our entire stay. Our 3 children enjoyed the spa and pool despite the rain!

There was no wifi which was frustrating as we had called to especially ask if there was. After several days the manager agreed for us to purchase a wifi card which was reimbursed so my husband could continue to work whilst we were away so after initial frustrations it was a great end result and we would love to visit again

We loved the pool area, the pool was heated so the kids could still enjoy it when it was around 18-20 degree days. Bed were comfy and had enough blankets to keep warm, I liked that there was a laundry with drier and washing machine in the apartment.

The apartment 228 had an ant problem, the dishwasher flooded the kitchen the first time we used it (the staff came and fixed it straight away) the internet didn’t work nor did we have phone service inside the building, there was mould on the curtains, the windows didn’t lock, the door dead bolt was broken, the back door didn’t lock either (just the screen door), there wasn’t enough cooking supplies eg. No tongs or flipper to cook with, the light bulbs were blown in some of the lights as well… over all the apartment needs some attention, we only stayed for 3 nights so put up with its short comings but with a few fixes it would have been a nicer stay.

Delightful little apartment in the heart of coffs harbour. The unit itself is old but is clean with hot water and running aircon. The underground parking is a bonus. We got to everywhere we wanted thanks to the location All major supermarkets and booze shops are within 2kms.

Exhaust fans dont work in shower room. Wifi didnt connect as well. Had to do with data.

The accommodation was brilliant. It is very well designed, so that our apartment had a door directly to the courtyard and pool area. It was extremely comfortable and the location is awesome, a minutes walk to Park Beach. The pool and spa are well maintained (and heated!). Incredible value for money - this was the cheapest I could find in Coffs but was worth twice the amount we paid. Staff very helpful.

Nit picking really - only a few sheets of toilet paper, washing up detergent was minimal, no washing up cloths (instead scrubbers were provided). WIth a little bit more attention to detail this accommodation would be 10/10.

The atmosphere was so good it’s so calm and quiet there.

I was there with my family for second time because I was expecting the same as previous, even I paid more this time but the apartment was not very clean especially the kitchen was quite dirty and in one room there was no any fan my children hardly get sleep on the first night.

Everything was clean and tidy. Felt homey and comfortable. Extremely close to the beach which was convenient. The pool and spa were also amazing to wind down in of an afternoon. Reception was lovely. We loved everything about our stay. Brought back a lot of memories for my partner who used to stay here with his family as a kid. We will now be creating the same memories with our kids. :)

Pool, spa and location and good value for money. Not modern but Nice & tidy apartments. Comfortable. Close to beach, bowling club and everything.

No wifi connection even though it said wifi available and no communication from staff when messaged via txt just left on read and no response even though they advised to message if require anything. Need new curtains but that’s minor.

Clean spacious apartments with plenty of amenities and decent comfortable beds. The pool was great, my kids enjoyed splashing around. Perfect for a lower cost stay in Coffs where you want to be comfortable but don't need the 5 star hotel experience.

No way undercover way to get to the car from the apartments, so bring an umbrella. Bring some beach towels too for the pool.

Location, secure underground parking, pool and spa area and BBQ facilities all immaculate. Apartment size is well above average, beds very comfortable. Bathroom new, kitchen a little older but everything you need. Separate laundry with machine and dryer. Great lounge space.

Nothing to not like. Yes couches a little worn, but still super comfortable. Never had full set of recliner chairs in holiday rental before!
