Really comfy bed and pillows, very tastefully decorated. Delicious dinner downstairs and the Trivia was fantastic!!

Was not clear when booking this was a backpacker type accom, and I assumed "shared bathroom" meant the 3 of us sharing 1 bathroom in our room. Luckily there was the option to upgrade to a 2brm suite with private bathroom. Not knowing Coffs at all, didn't realise when we booked it was on the main highway. Road noise all night, but this is unavoidable. Small kitchen fridge almost impossible to access due to door opening on the wrong side.

The whole place was clean. Food from the restaurant was really tasty and generous. Staff were very friendly. The rooms were a decent size. Lovely courtyard ro relax outdoors. A community kitchen where customers could prepare their own meals, or warm up food.

It's not that I didn't like, but I guess it's my fault, that I didn't understand that "shared bathroom' meant it was shared by everyone on the floor, and it wasn't part of your room. Once I got over that, it was OK as the toilet/bathroom facilities were clean and shower stalls were big enough to shower and dress in.

The location was great, the staff were excellent and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The two bedroom apartment is highly recommended, it comes with AC, fans and a TV, actually the accommodation was so good I wanted to take the bed home with me. The food going past us looked so good we were salivating waiting for our buzzer to go off, and when our meals arrived we were not disappointed. 10 out of 10. This place is a real gem.

There was absolutely nothing bad about this place, we can highly recommend it and plan to make our permanent overnight between Brisbane and Sydney.

My stay was excellent and the staff were wonderful. The amenities were sufficient, and the shared bathrooms were clean and modern. The pub downstairs offered a variety of services and the location was perfect, being in the heart of the city and close to everything.

The lack of dedicated parking made it difficult for guests with cars (expensive cars) to park safely. Improving this aspects would greatly enhance the overall experience.

The lady personal and I mean everyone we met were the most kindest to my wife and myself. Assistance with parking, directing us personally to checking in, introduction to our room and the lady making up the other rooms. Offers to carry our bags upstairs and so on. Terrific staff including a very polite lady at the cooking counter. We appreciated accomodation on very short notice. We are aged and treated much better than expected.

I was charged for a second night stay. We only stayed one night. When I phoned the lady answering was very apologetic and organised with the manager? For a refund to my card in a few days.

Travelling to Queensland, but rainy weather caused us to stop overnight, booked on line and was not expecting much, but our room was very clean and the shared ensuite also spotless & bed comfortable, room quite small but we did take the cheapest option and were satisfied with our space. The bonus was the kitchenette, we were able to take advantage of the fridge & the hot chocolate or tea & coffee in a generous area to eat our breakfast. We will pop in again when passing.

We had a wonderful stay in the 3 bedroom apartment. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and accomodating. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches in the room; washing powder, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, glad wrap - all the the little things that make the stay feel like home. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

The meat was the best I have had all my life and the sa Stafford excellent and they did what you wanted when you want to add a very old very smiling happy and also best view I've ever heard of my life and that same time we have been to several countries and places eating I would fully recommend to anybody in the future 100% thank you

Excellent value hotel. Spacious, clean and bright room with very comfy beds. Helpful friendly staff and a fantastic downstairs bar and restaurant. The meals are fabulous! And so many beers to choose from. A great fun quiz night on Tuesdays too. Great location in the centre of town. Ideal for any traveller. Would stay again. Thanks "Planto".

Only 1 issue was a very slow draining sink in the room. I reported it to a helpful staff member but it wasn't fixed during my stay. Hopefully when I left it was resolved. Apart from that all was excellent! Recommended.

Friendly reception. Room is sparsely furnished but clean. Carpet is clean, ceiling fan and window was sufficient cooling. Bed and pillow comfortable, large fluffy towel. Shared kitchenette to make drink and heat food (microwave, toaster, sandwich press) was good. Milk, sauces, t&c, etc provided. Wifi good. Free parking. Overall, very good short stay for budget travellers.

Some noise from traffic. Bathroom is a little old, but no problems. Could add a few small touches to rooms eg. soap, tissues.
