Good place with basic facilities. The building and fittings were old, however, room included everything necessary with comfortable beds, towels, toiletries etc. Room service available every second day. Value for money when you are booking in a rush. Location is great with about 7 mins walk to Park Beach. On the other side you have all your fast food, shopping mall and Big Banana near by.

Old carpets, fittings and plumbing. Not much soundproofing between rooms. The old metal pipes rattling and sounding like a loud blow dryer when someone opens a tap. When the next door guests have a shower at 5.30am you are woken up with the blasting noise.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room itself was pretty basic, but clean and comfortable. It did the job for an overnight stay. A little further away from the main town centre for restaurants for dinner, but not a problem if you have a car. The beach was nearby, but we did a drive by in the evening and couldn't find any entry into the beach itself. It may be easier to locate in the morning, but we were off to the Big Banana first thing. Comfortable bed.

Free Wi-Fi was a little slow for streaming movies. We ended up using our mobile phone hotspot. The motel was full, so possibly overloaded, slowing the speed.

Good location. Breakfast at Malabou Cafe with hotel discount was great. Breakfast at the Bowling club was also great. Easy walk to the shopping centre. Clean swimming pool. Microwave worked well. Shower water pressure was good. Fridge worked well and kept our food and drinks cold. Friendly staff.

Service the room to replace biscuits for a cup of tea and make the bed. Fluorescent light over the counter needs a new starter. Reluctant to turn on. Guests sitting smoking near the stairwell.

Linen clean. Room clean. Hot water good. Location good with a short walk to the local hotel and the bowls club. The bowls club was very busy on the Fri night we went, and we got the last table, so best to book. Nice meal and very reasonably priced. Near the beach although it was dark and we didn't go to see it. Good bench space for making breakfast and sandwiches. Cereal bowls and cutlery supplied on request

Bathroom dated, but still adequate. Although I read they had split system, we had an old airconditioner that blew warm on one side and cold on the other plus a bit noisy (room 35 upstairs). We had to turn aircon off but luckily a small radiator was provided so we used that instead as it was very cold. .

Clean & beds are cosy! Good location, parking large vehicles is tricky though as tight small parking spaces! Staff very nice & helpful!

The rooms really do need more cutlery as per other comments from other guests! The towel rail hangs directly above the toilet roll holder (well in the room we stayed in had this set up) ! Could perhaps be a better idea to put towel hook or rails behind the door so your wet towel doesn’t wet the toilet paper roll!! The parking spaces should be allocated to your room!

Bed was comfortable. We were travelling with bikes. On check-in we realised that getting the bikes to our room was going to be difficult. The owner generously offered to lock-up our bikes securely so we wouldn’t have to worry about them.

There were not enough parking spaces in the main car park. We were directed to an overflow parking area in the back lane. We parked there with no incident, but the area did not feel secure to us and we were concerned about leaving the car.

Staff were really nice, gave me a tip on what to book to make our lives easier as we were checking in late and have a baby and 5 year old, plus needing to carry in some things. Well presented room. It was a stop over so didn't explore around, but from what we saw driving it appears like a great location. Not far from shops.

Parking is a bit squashy. Fly screens would be great on the doors to let air through without everyone being able to see in.

The room was as described - basic but very clean and comfortable. The motel is in a great location with shops, pubs and parks close by. The managers were very professional and helpful. Excellent property for a one or two night stop over. The motel was full booked when I stayed, and I had to park on the street out the front. This wasn't really an issue especially as the managers warned me when I arrived and offered to assist if needed.

Good location and conveniently located for most things in Coffs Harbour. Plenty of places to visit and walk. We found a very good Italian restaurant a short distance away. Facilities were as advertised and pictured, and this worked great for us as we travelled north to Queensland. Enough to do in the area to have justified a second night. A very happy/amenable motel and town. Worth a second visit.
