Large shower with pull out washing line if needed.good pressure and temperature adjustment. Comfortable queen bed.Separate sink.Microwave,toaster and kettle.Butter,jam and Vegemite in fridge nice touch . Separate bedroom, sofa, table and chairs in main room. Bench space for tablets, phones etc and charging. Short walk to Bowls club where they do Asian and Australian meals. Clean and proprietors welcoming. Have stayed here many times on the way North. I have always been able to park at rear of property and asked for ground floor.

The room, although dated, was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location was excellent, being across the road from the Bowlo which had an extensive Asian menu as well as some Australian selections. The fridge had a selection of toast spreads (butter, Vegemite, jams) which was a nice touch. Across the road from the ocean.

The only downside was the downstairs rooms are very dark and the light needed to be on even though it was a sunny day.

Small motel - Comfortable, clean, quiet (brick walls between units and in a quiet street), heavy curtains that blocked out all light, good tv, well equipped with all you’d need, small clean swimming pool, off street parking. Lovely owner. Information folder including restaurants etc (you don’t see that much these days). Located across road from beach, next door to small service station with convenience store and close to bowling club, cafes and restaurants.

I loved how the bedroom was separate from the main part of the room and so it was dark and quiet for sleeping. The staff and management are terrific - very friendly and helpful. The room I had was a practical, functional design and extremely comfy. It had everything I needed and better still everything was clean and in good working order (heating, iron, hairdryer etc). Good cupboard space. Shower was fabulous. I really like how the parking is out the back a short distance from the rooms which means you don't get woken by early morning travelers starting up their cars outside the room! I will definitely stay here again when in Coffs.

There was nothing I didn't like really although if I had to name something, it would be the bed .... while it was not my preference in terms of firmness, it was certainly very reasonable/passable - it just took a day for my body to get used to. I didn't test the pillows as I travel with my own.

We only stayed over night, travel from Gold Cost back to Sydney. The room was very clear, owner was friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool was clear(didn’t had time to use it). It got onsite parking. So no need to park on the street(still plenty parking on the street). Great location, only a minute away from the beach, and 5 minutes drive to shopping and Harbor. The best part is the room TV connect to internet, kids were enjoy watching their favorite YouTube videos before bed. WiFi was awesome, best wifi we have never experienced in any hotel/motel/caravan park etc. it connected all night and super fast. Not sure if there is any limits, but we were able to watch movies on our phone for about 1-2 hours.

Clean, quiet, off street parking, friendly owner, convenient location, near the beach and best internet/WIFI.

Perfect location for my over night stop in Coffs. Venus the owner called me to confirm my arrival time and greeted me at the property reception with a smile, the key with info on anything I asked. The room was well equipped including nice touches like butter, spreads, cling wrap, biscuits etc you never see anymore! I requested an upstairs room which I enjoyed the afternoon sun on the balcony before going for a walk along the beach opposite for a swim.

Supurbly run motel by great hosts. Excellent location, beach, bowls club and pub right acorss the rd and short distance to everything around. Very comfortable and clean, good air con, in room facilities provided, fridge, toaster kettle some butter and spreads for toast, iron hair dryer. Comfortable beds. Cute pool, BBQ facility. Would stay again without hesitation

I liked the friendly service, and that there was a screen door on the motel room, and the solid brick construction. It was quiet and the air conditioner worked well. The fridge was big. Everything was clean and tidy.

The facilities are basic and the bathroom was a little cramped, but quite acceptable for a short stay. The pool had some leaves in it which made me not want to take a swim.

Easy check-in via a key safe, after a late booking we made en route to Coffs. Our room was upstairs which was a bit more of a hassle, but apart from that it was perfect. The one-bedroom apartment had SO MUCH ROOM! and was very well equipped with a toaster oven as well as a microwave and fridge. The bedroom was dark and quiet.

Location was far enough away from fnb to be beautifully quiet. Exceptionally clean. Ample equipment in kitchenette. Very good value.

Only thing that may bother some clients is the sort of ‘make do’ approach to modification and repair eg. old nail holes still in wall. Or frayed edge of carpet repair, not sealed, carpet newish.
