It's a great location, close to everything we wanted. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very small and lacked hooks to hang things on. Needs little tables next to the bed to put things on.

This hotel accepted us and saved us from our horrible Airbnb experience. We booked quite late at night but they were very accommodating and waited for us to check in late. Friendly staff, nice rooms and very close to the beach.

Great hotel love the pinball machines great bistro and excellent range of beers my favourite place to stay in Coffs. The rooms are small but clean with all facilities and cheap and close to the beach. Excellent value

It was comfortable. Clean & tidy.Close to the beach.

It was small. We had to eat our takeaway in bed as no table & no bedside table on one side. The problem was people sat outside our window at midnight & smoked & spoke loudly, laughing & woke us up. We didn't have a very good night sleep because of them.

Simple and functional for an overnight stop.

Late check in was a tad confusing - I couldn’t find where to go - but staff around the venue were incredibly helpful

Staff were great, food was great. Entertainment all weekend was fantastic 🍻🍻

Bathroom was a bit small and rooms could do with Air conditioner

We have started here a few times, and the office was not always staffed, this ment we had to go and find someone to assist with checking in.

Lovely and clean place, extremely pleasant phone conversation with staff member! Bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Will be recommending

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were really lovely and helpful. It was a welcome relief to be in a room after a long drive in tempestuous weather.

We checked in on a Saturday evening and the bar in front of the motel had a band playing. They played on until about 1am. Normally I wouldnt mind but the staff were sitting out the back smoking and I could hear the music quite loudly. It normally would not have bothered me at all, but after an 11 hour drive I could have used the extra sleep.
