Like the room sizes and the number of rooms It's close to the beach, and also restaurants and cafes.

Would have liked another bathroom in an accommodation that can house 6 people. Or at least separate the shower and the toilet facility. Also, basic & complimentary supplies (ie. Toilet paper & tea bags), to be sufficient for 6 people use over 2 nights.

It was close to beach. Coff's Harbour's attractions like The Big Banana, Wildlife Sactuary, Jetty - all were close by. Staff was friendly - responded to messages quickly. Key instructions were properly sent to us in due time.

The bedrooms of the apartment where we stayed (apt 8), didn't have air conditioning. Only the living room had air-conditioning. At hot times this might feel a little uncomfortable. Kitchen stove was electric and took time to heat up. The kitchen might need a bit of renovation.

Staff communication is very good via text. I didn't see anyone in person due to arrival time and our departure time. Keys in a lock box for after hours check in. Close access to pubs/clubs (across the road) and multiple food options, walking distance to beach, jetty, etc. The little cafe up the road does an amazing brekkie. The room was clean and comfortable for our brief stay. All the basics were there. Comfy beds, clean showers with plenty of shampoo/conditioner (1 tube for someone with long hair does not work, and these guys had it all set up in a pump bottle) Parking right outside apartment booked, clearly labelled.

Being in a multiple room dwelling, the neighbours walking up and down the porch and opening doors etc travels through. This isn't the end of the world, but something to note if a light sleeper or want absolute quiet, this may not be the right fit. I just hope we weren't too noisy on our departure 😬

An excellent comfortable location, with easy access to Park Beach and quality options for eating out across the road. Easy to find from the highway for interstate travellers.

It would have been good to have some information in the motel folder about where the nearest shops were, such as grocery, chemist. For example, the hotel across the road does takeaway meals on request, and its drive-through bottleshop sells milk. I would also have appreciated information on the Solitary Islands walk section over the nearest headland to Diggers Beach - distance, time, degree of difficulty etc.

It was immaculate. Little matters were taken care of, such as a large variety of pillow choices from soft to hard. The only place I have ever stayed at, that didnt expect you to just sleep with the doona. I hate doonas so to find minky blankets in the cupboard was touching. Milk in the fridge etc

The parking was a problem, Our parking spot at number 9 meant we were really boxed in and need a small car and an expert driver to get out without hitting another car. We wanted to leave early but were unable to until another car close to use moved first, consequently we left an hour later that we wanted

Great location across from the beach, lovely manger, very cute puppy Elliot and the room we were in (11) was very spacious and exactly what we expected.

Our stay was great, if I had to pick something the shower head was very slim with not great water pressure, like you had to be a pencil to have a shower. We could hear people leaving the pub across the road, but it didn't interfere with our stay, and also would have been great if there was a 2nd air con in bedroom but we totally managed

This property is set up so that guests can come and go independently, with a key box located next to each room. You do not physically interact with reception at all. Don’t let this put you off, as this arrangement works very smoothly. I’ve stayed a few times now and I find it very easy to navigate and very convenient. The apartment we stayed in was a little older, but it was well maintained and very clean. It also feels very cosy to stay in. Everything you need is there, with a well appointed little kitchen and a spacious bathroom.

There was a small designer chair provided as the third seat in the lounge area. Although it was very stylish, it was neither practical nor comfortable and should probably be replaced with a different seat or single couch instead. The microwave was perched on top of the fridge. I understand due to the space restrictions why it was put there, but it's very impractical and a little risky while taking out heated liquids.

Two bedroom. Pleasantly surprised. Neat tidy and clean. Beds comfortable. Air conditioner worked a treat and had a fan in the room with the air conditioner so the cold air got pushed out into the other rooms. Bathroom a good size. Nice pool located at the front. There was a laundry room that had a paid for use washing machine but dryer was free. Great location would stay again

Convenient if had one satchel of washing powder for a complimentary wash The kitchen is a bit small if cooking family meals

Great location, onsite parking was great. The lounge room was a great size. The beds were all super comfortable. Aircon was great as it was quite cold at night, during our stay. Love that there is a full sized dining table.

No screen door. We had our main door open but this is not okay at night time as there’s no security. So you’re forced to have the door shut and locked most of the time. The shower head was sticky taped together which doesn’t look very good (still functional though) Bring your own toilet paper as was is supplied is 1 ply sandpaper.

We chose it because of the location, and it was in a perfect spot. The beds and rooms were neat, clean and well presented. On arrival the staff was helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We were worried about the pool being on the street, but it was slightly raised from street level and felt private and secluded. Parking was great with each apartment having an assigned parking spot that was nearby and numbered on the floor for ease of access. The text message to inform us of check in procedures was helpful and informative. Very much enjoyed our trip, would stay here again.
