Amazing Stay at The Pier Hotel, Coffs Harbour I recently stayed at The Pier Hotel in Coffs Harbour and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is a great place to stay—very comfortable, welcoming, and in a convenient location. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless and well-prepared, which really added to the comfort of my stay. I also have to mention the cleaner—what an outstanding job! Every detail was immaculate, from the room to the shower and even the public areas of the hotel. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. Highly recommend The Pier Hotel for anyone visiting Coffs Harbour. I’ll definitely be back!

Perfect location within an easy and pleasant stroll to restaurants the jetty and the beach. The hotel is beautifully restored and our room was clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom was also kept clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Staff were professional and the pub's bistro food was fresh and generous.

The ceiling fan was too loud to sleep with it on, but the room was too hot in the summer to sleep comfortably without any kind of air circulation. Opening the window meant traffic noise, so that didn't work either

Plenty of parking available. We were greeted by exceptionally welcoming staff, when shown to our room we were really surprised by the size. It was huge! Although it is shared bathroom, there is a sink in the room which was a great addition. The room and bathroom were spotless. The bathroom had a toilet, shower and separate bath, again a really big space. Additionally towels were readily available too, as well as a selection of toiletries. We were a little concerned about noise with the bar downstairs, but we heard nothing! We actually ate in the bistro food was good, staff continued to be extremely friendly and welcoming. There is a separate entrance to the car park that guests have the key too which was really handy! Tea and coffee available in the room too! Can't recommend this place more.

Proximity to good cafes in the morning for coffee and to the pier. And off road parking.

Very noisy with hoons screaming past in the road. Renovating would have been better with double glazing on the windows. And separate ladies toilets that were not part of the bathroom that someone could occupy and lock whilst they are showering. Price for a tiny room without it's own bathroom. Bedside light very dull. Needs a better globe for reading. Check in was brisk and not very welcoming or friendly. Not even a smile. No help with my luggage.

I was warned that there would be live music until 11pm. This was true and the music was great. No complaints about that. I'd just like to suggest soundproofing the rooms. I also don't like the ceiling fan. Needs a seizure warning on the dial...

Great location, close to restaurants, jetty and beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable.

It was a bit noisy in the room as it was busy in the pub with live music playing etc.. It was Saturday night though and probably doesn’t happen all the time. Rooms have fans but no a/c. They would be very hot in summer.

Amazing location, with a short walk to the beach and restaurants at the doorstep. The Hotel's food was very good too. There is also a small shopping centre with a supermarket and pharmacy just over the road. It was quiet for a Hotel in a busy location

Location was easy and parking around the back was good! The room was clean and nice, I really liked the decor and high ceilings.

We wanted to go downstairs and have dinner as we had looked on their website at the dinner menu but upon looking at their menu downstairs it was only half of the menu on offer. We decided to go elsewhere for dinner but it was disappointing to see so little options when their website had so many!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room had all things that we needed and it was comfortable. The location was great seeing we got in late on th etrain and we could just walk to the hotel.

The room was hard to black out at night. The blinds probably need some attention.

Hotel is really well renovated, grand & has a modern yet classic finish to it. Great menu & atmosphere with alfresco windows fully opened at night & early morning. I do recommend the rooms with private ensuite. It is really well done.

No air-con in room. Would be far less comfortable over the peak of summer.
