Rooms are clean and the location is great with an easy walk to the club for a meal

Very central location, was within walking distance to a number of places like the rsl club.

No milk for my tea! I didn’t want to buy a whole carton just for a cuppa each day, and it stated there was milk available (small carton) in the fridge. The trucks were quite noisy at night but we had been warned about it which was great. Shower water ran only cold in the first day in one of our rooms but was fine the next day.

It was clean, felt safe and we were able to park outside the room. The man at check was absolutely lovely and gave us excellent meal recommendations, suited to us being a family of 4 and we took him up on it. I always stay here, as I'm usually travelling with kids between Queensland and Sydney over Christmas to visit family and I often have a late check in and early check out and I've always been so happy with the services. Cleanliness and safety are most important to me and I receive both and bentleigh every time.

Bit expensive for what I was getting, but I know it's an expensive time to travel

I think I stayed at this motel in the early 1970s with parents in an up stairs room. The room we stayed has been updated and reflects what you would expect in a motel today. The motel did warn about possible noise at night from the highway but it was not an issue for us. When the Coffs Harbour bi-pass is finished, traffic noise should not be an issue to anyone. The motel is centrally located with a hotel next door for evening meals.

The hotel is located on the main road and virtually in the center of town. The check in by the owner was simple and quick and he was friendly and personable, offering us some dining options for dinner upon our check in. We found our room to be very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. The Bentleigh is right next door to a nice hotel that served great meals.

Parking is limited on site and is not assigned to each room. There is parking available overnight on the street out front. we managed to gain a parking spot onsite, so this wasn't an issue for us.

The shower couldn't control the temp add tiny bit of cold and it slowly gets colder till it's freezing turn it down a tiny bit heats up till it burning hot. Also not being able to shut bathroom window. 1 because it was cold 2 because it makes outside noises alot louder we did close bathroom door but it kept popping open

It was right off the motorway, so the location was very convenient. It served the purpose as we wanted a place to stay en route to Gold Coast.

Nothing to dislike really.

The room was comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom was modern and updated. We appreciated the clean towels each day.

It would have been good to have been provided with face washers as well as the towels. Unfortunately there were some guests that also made a lot of noise later in the afternoon as well as early in the morning.

Late checkin was a breeze & we even had a parking spot inside the complex. So good!

Not so much that I didn’t like, but there was no milk available for coffee/tea. Little coffee sachets were very good though & also the biscuits. Thank you!

We had a ground-floor room with easy access. It had a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, dishes, kettle, etc. Heating Free wifi and Netflix TV. Nice biscuits and plenty of milk in bottles were supplied. The room was spotlessly clean. It is very close to the returned service club CEX which you can walk too and they have superb meals at a reasonable cost.

The only drawback was the parking situation. We had evening entertainment and when we returned to our room all the parking space was gone except for one spot that was really very difficult and quite challenging. Parking was a random thing onsite so if the hotel is booked out because of rugby or some other event it pays to return to your room not too late if you want a better parking spot. Perhaps walking to your venue if it is not too cold!
