Ibis Budget Coffs Harbour was clean and comfortable. The mattress was excellent. The shower was hot with a strong stream. Breakfast was a great inclusion, especially the pancake machine! Our room was very quiet for a hotel located right near the Pacific Hwy. We would stay there again since it was a fuss-free experience.

We probably should have requested an extra pillow each for our 3-night stay as it would have improved our sleep. It was best to place the shower mat near the door to dry ourselves since the shower has no lip and most of the bathroom tiles end up wet (but this dries by the time you get back of an evening). Towels are not replaced for longer stays unless you ask. Bring your own soap as this was not supplied.

After a Long Drive from Noosa Heads the Staff were particularly Welcoming.Was Offered the Best and Quietest Room Available from the Check In Attendant. The New Zealand Staff in Particular were Very Hospitable and Welcoming on my arrival which was before the 2pm Check in.They made the Short One Night Stay Very Pleasant and Would Not hesitate to Stay at the Ibis Coffs Harbour again. The Room I Stayed in the Plumbing was Very Loud when the Tapes were Switched on which in the early morning and late evening would be disruptive to other Customers Staying at the Hotel.

The room was really comfortable. Nice bed, great aircon and wifi. What more do you want? Breakfast ladies were super friendly.

I phoned down to reception asking whether I needed to book breakfast or not. I was told nope, just come on down between 7 and 9:30. So I do. Just as I've spread my toast I'm told it's not free, it's $12. I said no one had said that, I was just told to come down. I don't mind paying, it just should have been made clear that it wasn't included. I wouldn't have bothered and would have gone somewhere nicer in town. $12 for a piece of vegemite toast and a croissant seems steep.

The bed was very comfortable, I slept for close to 7hrs which is unusual. The room reflected the price of the stay, but It didn't worry me, it was just somewhere to sleep and freshen up. The lady at reception was extremely nice and welcoming and very helpful when i couldnt work out the key to the door, she made a really good first impression on my stay. she had a NZ accent. She is very good at her job in your motel.

The shower was a little awkward because nearly the entire floor got wet, even with the curtain across, but was no big deal, other than that i can't complain , was a lovely stay.

We had a 1 night stay heading towards Sydney and on return stayed another night. This hotel was perfect for this but I'm sure if you wanted to stay longer and had a young family it would also work well as has a swimming pool. We had a private bathroom room was small as we choose this for budget reasons but we had a TV tea coffee and small fridge. Breakfast was only $12 and quite substantial continental. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a pub just a few steps away was handy for a meal.

The room above was a little noisy I don't think people consider people below can hear doors slamming kids bouncing balls and heavy walking but we asked staff to make them aware and things went quiet.

We liked the location to the street and the fact there were so many eateries in walking distance . The breakfast price and variety was very good . We understand that you get what you pay for and it's not a bad place for a night or 2 .

We didn't like the fact that : A. Our doors wouldn't open and we'd constantly be asking the front desk for help and when you're on the 3rd floor it isn't an easy task . B. that we had to re-key our card each day but weren't notified that it was something we would need to do. C. There was very little space , it would have been good if there was a place to at least put our suitcase so we didn't trip over it. My mum was on the bottom floor, which was good, but again the door card needed re-keying and there was no room to place her suitcase out to access it properly.

The place is budget, there is no lying about that but I needed 1 night to rest and it did the job. They are currently upgrading rooms to have AC but there was a fan in the room if needed (it’s winter when I stayed so not an issue). Bed comfy enough, amenities a bit old but hot water worked and small room if you were looking for something bigger. Pub next door does great food. The real downsize was other guests making a lot of noise but I can’t ask the staff to stand there all night. All in all… budget but decent enough for a quick stay. You know this at booking that it’s no 5 star

Staff top draw and super helpful. Room size large enough for a bodyweight workout. A comfortable bed and reasonable bathroom, but no smart TV for Netflix or YouTube that I was aware. Food I suggest next door pub restaurant or walk 10mins to high street with many cafes to choose. For transport, there are local buses, using the bus app, or car hire that are nearby for my trip into the Hunter Valley.

I would like the breakfast offering to be better that poptarts, but there are plenty plenty options in walking distance. The other was the lighting in the room was so bright and could do with day night options.

Super clean. Mini fridge. Microwave available. Instant hot water. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning. Kettle. Tv. Right in the centre of the town so you could easily walk to the shops if needed. Plenty of parking available.

The only complaint I have about this property is that I didn’t bring more people with me to enjoy the luxury this hotel provides for such a low cost.

The staff was so Amazing and comfortable that ibis is so lucky to have Amazing reception staff.

The staff lady who did the Saturday breakfast was very rude to my children saying that it was for those who paying for it understanding she would judge my kids cause I'm brown mother untill I told her it was include in my booking and she looked shock so I said nah I rather just grab one thing and grab a pie from the bakery since I have to save for others which I was very angry.
