The last time we stayed here, we had an upstairs two-bedroom apartment and the road noise was horrific. This stay, we were in the basement! The two-room studio suited us perfectly. The kitchen was well appointed but could have benefitted from having a dishwasher. The bathroom was excellent and nearly twice the size of the one in the two-bedroom apartment. Two things spoilt our stay; noisy kids in the narrow passageway and WI-FI reception.

The receptionist had a very hospitable manner and was able to answer all our questions about the surrounding area, recommending places to eat. The bed was very comfortable, the room clean and very spacious. The balcony had a nice view and we had drinks there, watching a nice rainbow above the hills, in the distance.

There is only one minor aspect we didn't like, which is unfortunately a general trend these days. We are not fans of the two flat bedsheets covering the doona, which shift during the night making things uncomfortable and interrupting your sleep. We consider a quilt cover to be a much more comfortable solution.

Clean and convenient location. Modern facilities and friendly staff. Easy check in.

Would like more cutlery (bowl, plate, spoon, knife and fork) and a microwave. Larger fridge that is placed higher to be able to pack appropriately. If older or have a disability and bad knees or back could be difficult to access. Seal on fridge was also a little ripped. A part from that great place to stay.

Staff were friendly, the rooms were modern and renovated to be comfortable and spacious for occupying a room for the whole family. Beds were comfortable, soft and not saggy or damaged. The lounge was firm and looked to be almost new.

The bathroom had only a slight elevation in the tiling to prevent water running out of the shower, but it didn't catch the flow of water so the bathroom floor ended up mostly flooding every time we showered. We used towels to stop the water and direct it to the main drain in the bathroom floor.

Unfortunately arrived in a extreme downpour, concierge was super helpful and room was comfy, looks like some great but unable to use them considering the weather and need to rush out for dinner arriving late, local hot spots are close and convenient!

Basic continental breakfast only on offer but other options were close instead

The room was spacious and well appointed. It was great to see that there was a stocked fridge of a mix of alcohole and soft drinks & spirits as well as others snacking products - just simply fantastic.

Not enough variety in pillows selection - no extra firm or firm pillows for side sleepers. Restaurant wasn't open for dinner...missed opportunity for the Motel...had to go to the restaurant precinct at the jetty & spend $200+ which could have gone to the hotel instead

The location was great, easy to find, the staff were very helpful and the room and bed were very comfortable. Great place for us for an overnight stay.

The welcome message on the television had a different name to ours and then we had a phone call from reception to check when we would be arriving when we had checked in several hour prior.

Good location, plenty of accessible car parking, close to supermarket shopping, good size room for 3 people

I didn't like having my debit card accessed before I arrived and being charged $17.79 credit card fee which was not mentioned at any stage of the booking process. I wish to pay with my debit card and pin number. I am so irate I will not use this site again if I can possibly help it.

Room was convenient for a short stay. Clean and amenities are in good condition. Sound proofing was excellent being on the main road. We also stayed on new years eve so expected noise from other guests but was great. Walking distance to pubs and shops.

Onsite restaurant not always open for dinner.

The receptionist was very friendly and easy going, explained everything and I had asked for a quiet room and it was. The bed was very comfortable, so comfy I wished I could have take it home with me. We left before breakfast as we were on a very tight schedule. I left my pillow behind and they have forwarded it on to me.

I cannot fault this establishment, I will just say one thing, I wish the restaurant had been open on Saturday night.
