We had to come to Coffs to attend a funeral. But for an unfortunate reason to be in Coffs, this property was a highlight! The staff and owners should be very proud of the service they provide. I wish every place I stayed at had staff that were this level of responsive and kind. Excellent off-street parking. Underground and outdoor parking available. It's easily accessible. Comfy beds. Nice hot showers and bath for my daughter. It felt like we were home or staying with friends. The rooms are older. But it makes it feel homely and comfortable. Everything has been thought of in these rooms! Extra bedding, well-stocked kitchen with all the necessary plates, pans, tea, coffee, milk, toiletries in the bathroom, towels, washing machine, dryer with laundry liquid provided (needed for us!) etc Even though there are a few things in the room that could use some TLC or dusting (window screens, bedside tables, bed head), we loved this place. Across from the beach. Cafes along the street. Perfect location. I would definitely recommend a night or three here when staying in Coffs! We didn't want to go home. Thank you!

The apartment we stayed in (1701) was massive. It had been recently renovated and presented very well. Gorgeous view of the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook your own meals.

The ensuite and main bathroom had no blinds - the ensuite did have some frosted glass on some of the walls, but only the bottom half. We weren't comfortable showering at night with the lights on. Luckily there was a 3rd shower that was private. If they had full blinds in both bathrooms, it would have been a 10/10 property.

The apartment was large. Beds were comfy. Was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, bowls etc though we didn't use as only a short walk to the Hoey Moey or bowling club for dinner/lunch. Bowling club also has breakfast. Nice walk along a path around the headland also a nice walk through to the beach which looks to be patrolled up one far end. Undercover parking but if you have a larger car like us there is parking out the back which has surveillance cameras.

Wasnt anything that we didn't like.

The staff were absolutely lovely! We stayed in a premium sea view apt and it was amazing. A spectacular view and very roomy apartment. The bedrooms were large and living spaces were spacious. Parking was allocated in the apt garage and very convenient. The apt is located on beachfront but also close to the main shopping centre and a few minutes away from main restaurants etc. Great location!

There is no air conditioner in the bedroom so it got a little warm, however, the sea breeze from the large windows was very satisfying.

Location was amazing. We were on level 12 ocean view and we loved the view. Our apartment was a good size, The ocean is quite noisy, with a lot of surf waves, but still was very nice. Lots of beautiful birds an fresh air. Just lovely to sit on the balcony and look out to the ocean. Shower temperature and pressure was good. We were close to many shops and cafes and the pub which was close to walk to.

The kitchen needs updating, as there were not many utensils, pots to cook with. Food was getting stuck to the stainless steel pans and pots. Very outdated. The couch sunk in a lot and not comfyThe floor needed a mop. Our shower head in our ensuite fell apart on first use, and we had to use the other shower which was not repaired until the day we were leaving. Cleanliness could be improved, but I suppose it depends on the individual and their standards. We only had 2 dishwasher tablets left for us for the whole week and two sachets of laundry detergent, so we had to buy our own. Noise in the main bathroom was very annoying and could not be stopped. Just a continuous motor humming sound.

We had a pleasant stay in the service apartment during our holiday. It offered excellent value for money, with a spacious room and all the essentials. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, which was important for us. While the check-in process was a bit slow due to holiday crowds, the staff was polite and helpful. We’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at an affordable price.

The bed was too soft and it could be little hard which will be good for sleep. Balcony railing is too low, can't use it.

The location is fantastic. The Hoey Moey just a walking distance away is a positive. The complex amenities are lovely. Snoozing in the bedrooms in the arvo shade and sea breeze is a delight!

Apartment 1403 is comfortable but quite dated, had 2 non-working lights bulbs and a balcony door that doesn't close tight allowing wind to whistle in. The ensuite sink drains very slowly and curtains in the master bedroom required a clip to hold them closed to stop morning sun coming in.

The receptionist was just lovely & when our fridge died in the apartment we were in she promptly moved us into an alternate apartment which offered much nicer views of the ocean. The new apartment had recently been renovated and felt fresh & inviting. It was a lovely relaxing stay with good facilities.

The fridge died in our original apartment and we lost a weeks worth of food.

The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and pleasantly decorated. The location was excellent, it was quiet and directly over the road from the beach. There wasn't much in the way of shops and restaurants within walking distance but everything we needed was a quick car drive away. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed.

The building itself is a bit dated but it has been well maintained and nicely decorated throughout. My only complaint is that the pillows were of very poor quality and this impacted the quality of our sleep.

The unit is very spacious, plenty of room for all of us to gather. The rooms are large with lots of storage. The location is a short walk to everything with the beach straight across the road. The pool was great, not too cold and not hot.

No air-conditioning in the bedrooms but the fans were good enough. The parking bay was very tight but there are other options. The blinds in 1 room needed a bit of repair but were manageable.
