Club Wyndham is an outstanding property, with many things to do and see on-site, with the pool, spa, beautiful par 3 golf course and many other activities available. The rooms are clean and well maintained, with a very nice bathroom with big shower - and we also loved the close proximity to Charlesworth Bay Beach (5-10 minute walk). The sunrise was very much worth the walk. Perhaps the standout was the excellent customer service at front reception, from the time we arrived through to check-out. 'Macey' in-particular was super friendly and helpful - and we would recommend Club Wyndham to others based solely on the amazing customer service she provided! So, thank you Macey & everyone at reception. There is even a take-away coffee station which we loved!

We used the fold-out sofa bed and perhaps as is to be expected, it was not very comfortable. Even the couch itself in our room was not the most forgiving, so some more comfortable furnishings would be a wonderful improvement for the room. U fortunately, the fitness centre is quite small - barely big enough for 2 people to work out at the same time.

Our room was close to the swimming pool. The room was roomy and had plenty of space for 4 people. An apartment that had everything for a family - 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and 2 bathrooms (ensuite). The kitchen is well stocked with useful utensils/pots etc. We arrived by plane and didn't have a car - this made it more difficult as there is nothing close by. The resort is self contained and there is a restaurant close by but access to the supermarket is in the city about 10 minutes by car. The beach within walking distance is beautiful and there were people swimming even in winter!

I wish that they sold small essential goods - bread/milk. Even if they took orders and had it delivered but without a car it is hard to get around. I also wish the reception people were more friendlier - the first face after traveling 7 hours to get there and it was not.

The breakfast buffet was very good, a special recommendation to the waffles and the hot chocolate. The orange juice was a bit bitter, but still good. The rooms, although not the most ample proportioned, were clean and comfy. The main bed was a bit too soft but the sofa bed was amazing! I'm not sure about anyone who says sofa beds are hard and squeaky because I actually had a better night sleeping with the sofa bed then the actual bed. Overall very clean, and the shower was warm and welcoming.

The quality of the beds made it too hot and stuffy. At night, when it was raining, we had a bit of shelter outside the window that was made out of tin. The rain on the tin sounded like chainsaws and I barely could hear myself think, let alone sleep. I don't know anyone who likes the sound of rain on tin. A bit disappointing.

Staying at the resort even for a couple of nights was a wonderful experience. 9 hole golf,heated pools and access to the Pacific Bay facilities means there is plenty to do. A walk to Charlesworth bay beach is a must and there is a Solitary Islands Coastal Walk that takes you to other beaches nearby. Coles, Woolies and Aldi and the town of Coffs Harbour is 5 a minute drive away. The suite we stayed in had a fully equipped kitchen, comfy king bed, washing machine and dryer. Lovely late 12 noon check out was enjoyed.

The beds were so comfortable! The pool was heated and perfect for swimming day or night. We had a few night swims in the rain which was glorious. The kitchen had everything you need including dishwashing detergent. Parking was easy and right out the front of our room that overlooked the pool. The resort is simple and has everything you need and you don't need a swipe card to access the facilities. We also loved the buffet breakfast at the neighbouring resort. Breakfast was good value at $26/adult and kids were $1 for each year of their age.

The beach is not a swimming beach

Staff were excellent. Facilities were good. Restaurant was good. Position was ok. Not far to drive to supermarkets and shopping centre. Overall it was nice resort which I would stay at again but would make sure I chose my room.

Couch was very uncomfortable to sit on and watch TV. Fridge was smaller than shown in pictures and was too low meaning you had to bend right over to get anything out which is not good if you are over 60. Had a balcony on the first floor which was spacious and had a nice table and chairs but it overlooked the reception and check in area which made it not too private.

Fabulous property and service with a smile! There were heated pools, hot tub jacuzzi, table tennis (ping pong) table, billiards, tennis courts, gym, bicycles and heaps of other activities. I must say we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property, especially the rooms/apartments (special shout out to the house keeping department)! Our apartment was specless clean. The utensils, cutlery etc in the kitchen were clean to the highest standard! The appliances were new. The manchester, towels, furniture etc was really clean! The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Special shout out to Zoe at the reception for making our stay really special. We are certainly returning again and again and again to this property and would highly recommend it to everyone!

From the minute walking in greeted by macy she was absolutely amazing in her interaction with me and my daughter so welcoming and was very informative about everything around and available which was so comforting we got in late also so for her to be that way so vibrant and expressive was very satisfying to begin our wknd then everything was lovely from the beach to the pools and the whole vibe of the place was amazing I hope that we can get back there soon and we hope that macy can get this feedback from us also as her personally greeting us and welcoming us in was a big deal for us as we travel alot and have been turned off by office staff which was completely not the case with your beautiful establishment . Thankyou macy and everyone else we dealt with during our stay .

Being lie to saying we just watch a video about the time share in the club to get a $100 voucher to the big banana to find out the next day it was a sit down meeting with someone watching you on a ipad and asking questions about what we are watching like we were in school again.took the vibe out the hoilday that day and end up ending it 20mins as that's not we was told!

The aircon was turned on to warm our room for our arrival. Staff were very welcoming as usual. As we have family living in Coffs, this is our third visit to Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour and we have two more visits booked. The TV entertainment offered is great.

Noise from pool. Perhaps pool hours could be brought back to 9pm however, some travellers might arrive later and want a quick dip before 10pm.
