I like how it’s comfy and clean the apartment has everything we need to stay as long as we want , also they have extra billows, extra covers, beautiful outside dining table and chairs we love to eat there , very clean and big Barbecue are with the pool we love it 😊 and close to everything, shopping, beaches, restaurants, it’s so easy and comfortable and safe for my kids and family ☺️☺️☺️ Also the stuff was very nice , friendly, lovely, and respectful.

The whole atmosphere was lovely. The staff were amazing! The whole experience exceeded my expectations. We had all the required amenities and resources needed for a comfortable accommodation. For a last minute booking the process was seamless and simple. The room was huge and spacious the beds were super comfortable and the shower was spacious and clean. We had all we needed for a 2 night stay over. The laundry we had access to all throughout the trip. We had the best time we will definitely be coming again!!! It was too cold to go to have a swim at the beach but it was a 2 min walk from the accommodation. There is a huge common area where you can have a BBQ by the pool there is 2 sized pools 1 for toddlers and one for general public which I found was good for families with small kids. The BBQ is well lit and has everything you need for a day out in summer. It was close to the big mall only 10min drive. Would recommend to all! I wish I took photos!

The entire complex was very clean. The apartment we had booked was lovely, it was much bigger than we had imagined and very well appreciated throughout. Furnishings were lovely, crockery, utensils, etc, were all very neat and tidy and in very good condition overall. Staff were welcoming and the arrival letter was very informative, making the whole process of checking in after hours very easy. We had a lovely outlook over the garden and pool. We will definitely be staying here again, and recommend Smugglers On The Beach with our hesitation. The walk to the beach is approximately a short 50mtrs.

Just 7 miins away from the main hub of town, our beachhouse apartment was amazing, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved the coastal decor in the apt and all the little touches the property had, like the bbq with all the tools needed to cook, or the laundry with powder provided. Sue in reception was so lovely and gave us some great information as we were new to the area.. we loved the pool area and the vibe, it felt like we were in a tropical paradise. The bed in the room was large and super comfortable, and the apartment itself was roomy. From the moment we opened the door, it felt like a home away from home. We would 100% stay again whenever up in coffs.

Did not receive check paperwork ie info and wifi until the next day. Internet was poor. Could not watch any tv apps. No rugs in room which would have been nice in lounge area. Fold up bed in dining area which was inconvenient when sitting at dining table. For the price for the room, No washer or dryer in room and no dishwasher.

Large modern super quiet apartment with comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. Nice large jet bathtub. We had unit 15, facing lush landscape and the trail to the beach and more. Only bad thing is that the entrance is a clear sliding door that limits privacy.

Beautiful location, clean, Room 4 was perfect, easy access to everything pool, laundry, also has half a tennis court, games, books to read, bbq facilities.

Nothing on the property it’s self just the people above us were really loud and were stomping throughout their apartment.

Great stay with the sound of the waves in the bedroom. This apartment is right on the beach just behind a row of trees. The beach is not too safe to swim as there are currents and big waves but very nice to spend time on. The bathroom was renovated and the apartment spacious and comfortable. It is a bit older style but well kept. Has a nice pool also. The coastal walk over the headlands to the next few beaches is particularly scenic.

Spacious apartments with easy parking and nice gardens. Literally a few meters from the beach and you can hear the sound of the sea. The pool has many loungers and is clean and shady. Many board games and stuff for kids.

Not very close to shops or bars. But it is also one of the advantages! Not really enforcing pool rules so plenty of diving and bombing. But again not a big deal.

Stayed in the three bedroom apartment. Everything was in excellent condition and clean. Beds were comfortable. BBQ and pool area were excellent. Spa in main bathroom was excellent. Most importantly the staff were beyond excellent.

There was nothing that I didn't like.
