I can't fault Arthur and Lynn who run the motel. They are exceptional. We stayed there twice during our 2 weeks vacation and on the second time Lynn even asked me how did our trip go in between our stays. Just good old fashioned customer services go a long way. I wish it was like this everywhere. The motel is not glamorous looking but functional and clean. Ok the motel is next to a roundabout but not noisy enough to keep me awake. Forgot to mention Cooper the German shepherd...he's lovely too!

Quiet location, very friendly welcoming staff who offered milk for tea/coffee. I'd booked a room with a spa bath and received an upgraded room upon arrival. Family room was spacious, windows opened for fresh air. Great spa bath! Would definitely stay again if I were travelling through.

Great location for where I needed to be over this time. Room was very clean and tidy. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Hairdryer stopped working. The hot water tap handle came off in shower. The owner's dog made me feel uncomfortable walking past it to reception. It has a loud bark, which startled me. Pipes were noisy.

Very comfortable and prepared family room in quite location. Great location for walking, shops, food, beach. Very helpful managers regarding on-site management and guidance to local attractions in the area. Good facilities including particularly the beautiful clean pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay and hope to return soon.

Lovely and clean. Comfortable beds. Fantastic to have the USB multi chargers. Great position, shopping centre close by for groceries, restaurants and beach close by also. Big Banana about 5 mins away.

Only negative was our hot water was cold the night we arrived so couldn’t have a hot shower. Was perfect the next morning though.

A lovely little motel with everything as listed which we have rated a 10 out of 10,

REALLY upset about the clock alarm which went off at 5am....! Room was dark, we were in a deep sleep and kept pushing whichever button we could find (which ended up being the snooze button) so it keep going off every 15 minutes until we finally got up. We had hoped for a weekend away with a sleep- in so NOT impressed. My suggestion would be that the cleaning staff reset alarm when room is cleaned after each guess leaves. We have travelled the world and never experienced this problem. A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

Lyn was so accommodating. I had storage bags of frozen breastmilk that we needed to keep in a freezer however our fridge in the room wasn’t cold enough so she offered us to keep it in her personal freezer and get it from her when checking out. She was so kind and made sure we had everything to comfortably stay with our newborn.

Bathroom facilities not great. Shower entry not for plus size (kids yes), shelf in bathroom on angle resting on towel rail (not safe). Pillows were great but bed a bit uncomfortable and harder.

Very central to where we needed to be. Park staff were so friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Price was pretty good being Christmas holidays. Would recommend and would return ourselves.

Parking was tight, but park owner were great at offering better spots based on size of car. At times you could hear people in rooms above, but didn't bother us.

The lady at the reception was so lovely and welcoming, initially we turned up to another motel with similar name and they were really rude. I was so glad we had booked here instead. The room was massive and excellent size for family.
