A rather large unit. Loved the most comfy bed and pillows! The unit was extremely clean! Lock up garage was a bonus and there were internal stairs up to the unit (great if raining). Shower had great water pressure and hot water. The towels were a good quality. The toiletries were a good quality (bring your own hand/body lotion - everything else is there). TV upstairs and in one of the bedrooms. Heaters in the bedrooms. Air conditioner upstairs. Great spot opposite the station - noise wasn’t a problem. Quite near cafes and restaurants.

The internal stairs would not be great for elderly. The unit was 3 levels. Just be aware there are 2 sets of internal stairs. The kitchen, laundry & lounge on top level; bed rooms and bathrooms on middle level and lock up garage underneath.

Very clean, lovely view and great location but the best thing was the very kind receptionist (I'm sorry I can't remember her name). I had planned to arrive during office hours but flooding had turned a 2.5 hour trip into a 5 hour one. I had called ahead to arrange checkin via the lock box and arrived about ten minutes after closing. As I was walking down the street towards the reception and the lockbox I was met by the receptionist on her way home after her day's work. She established that I was the late guest, returned to the office got my key from the lock box and then showed me our parking space and room. I could have managed all this myself using the lockbox but being rather stressed after a very difficult journey, I really appreciated this helpfulness which was way beyond what was expected.

Lounge room super comfy, lovely little verandah for breakout. Great location for us and close to some great little restaurants and cafes for food.

Beds were topped with really soft foam and just not our thing. For some I’m Sure they were like clouds! But not us. Kitchen was a little dated in looks but absolutely fine. -great restaurants near by for easy takeaway so no need to cook anyway. And for some the stairs might need to be considered as no elevator

Clean but no room service during the stay, ran out of toilet paper and just went and brought some.

Great view but at a cost of 3 flights of stairs. We booked for 3 people and the third person couldn't make it, when we were checking in it was discussed and we were told we could have received a refund for some of the cost but we were not aware of this and it was now to late. Not sure why it was now too late to get any refund ? so that was disappointing , it actually put a downer on the stay as it was quite expensive.

Great location. Able to walk to a lot of cafe's and the pub. We had the top floor apartment. The view was fabulous. It's great that you have allocated parking spaces , and ours was undercover, which was fabulous as it was raining while we were there. The bed & pillows were so comfortable. I wish i knew where to purchase one of those pillows from!

Nothing we didn't like really, although, since there is no oven, perhaps installing convection microwaves would be an option for those who would like to cook/ roast something other than in the microwave or stove top.

It was a fantastic stay, the apartment was great with very comfortable bed's and within minutes walking distance to the jetty, beach,cafes and pub. The train station is only a stones throw away for the rail traveller also but surprisingly quiet. The balcony offered nice views of the water and mutton bird Island. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Awesome Lady(Owner?) to meet us, just a really nice helpful friendly person, had a room on the top floor which had amazing views even when it was pouring with rain, well set out apartment with everything you needed, wife loved the spa bath, I loved the big shower and great water pressure.

Not a dislike but a lot of rooms are stairwell access, I have an artificial knee and dodgy other on, we had six sets three flights but they weren't a major problem. Just a note for people i

Spacious apartment, with everything you need. Comfortable bed, good shower. The manager graciously changed us to a ground floor room at late notice, when we realised that the spa room we had booked was only accessible by stairs, which we unfortunately cannot manage.

Booking.com should state in "About this property" that some rooms are only accessible by stairs.

Prime spot! The view was amazing and it was walking distance to mutton bird island reserve, cafes, restaurants and more. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were so comfortable we had the best sleep! The staff were friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay just wish it were for longer. We highly recommend staying here.
