The location was fantastic. We were there for an oztag comp and after a serious injury for our eldest daughter kept us at the field much later than anticipated, we got to the restaurant just as it was finishing taking orders but they still allowed us and another couple who arrived after us to still order

My daughter was so excited to try the slide in the pool. She was verg disappointed when she finally got in and she barely moved on the slide PLUS the slide has bits broken which made it quite sharp in 1 spot leading to scratches. The water also turned off after 5mins so she couldn't use the slide at all. 30mins later, waiting for it to come back on, we gave up and left.

I went to Coffs for a OzTag tournament, I usually stay closer to the CBD of the town, however found Sanctuary room price for 4 days was very reasonable. I was skeptical at first of how the place was going to be but when I arrive and went to my room it was pleasant, clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating to reasonable requests. For the price I paid, Sanctuary provided more than I thought. The Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The Breakfast menu was good value as well as dinner menu. Good place to stay.

The location, needs foot path to enable to walk safely to Town or nearby Fastfood place, etc as the premises is located off Pacific Highway northbound. When driving you need to do a complete circle to nearest round about heading south as there is no turn off to the place if you are heading home from a day out, but this was not too much issue only have to deal with traffic.

Very friendly Staff, Nice big pool with good temperature, Big clean room, Good shower, good size bathroom, comfy beds, easy parking, easy check in and check out.

The only thing I didn’t like was having to drive out straight onto the highway (left turn only)and seemed to have to go to a set of light to turn around to go in the other direction. Got frustrating having doing it twice a day.

Management down sized me from my request as I couldnt carry seute cases up stairs die to injured shoulders.

Broken glass shower door, dangerous, didnt repair, ceiling fan didnt work. Youths stayed previously spread cushions or stole, no falks, dirty wine glass, one extra remote from other room as youths have filthy habits, remote from other room, reported but no response. Booking dot com, with breakfast but management said no, take it up with Booking . Com???? Waivered first breaky, didnt have second as not entitled to it????

On arrival immediately staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. The room was convenient as we could park almost directly in front of it making packing easier. Nice little balcony with views of the gardens which was lovely. We ate in the restaurant, had a lovely meal served promptly and the Chef came out to ask how our meal was. He was very friendly and only too happy to share some of his cooking secrets with us.

The entry is incredibly step so arriving and departing was intimidating (especially as The parking spaces (near reception) were quite narrow and another guest parked next to us making it almost impossible to enter our vehicle. When sitting on our balcony we saw a tree lose some heavy bits of branch narrowly missing a guest car.

Staff very pleasant, Restaurant onsite, good food on evening meal.Good portion.Good selection of choices.Clean curtains, Towels and sheets spotless.Bed comfortable.

Cleanliness,(Stains on carpet floor, Leaking fridge, Window sill dirty with lint,Broken tiles in bathroom,Mould on tiles in shower.Broken powerpoint in room(nearest door) and the fact that when I booked I asked for a room upstairs and we weren't given that. Breakfast advertised at 8am when we arrived at restaurant to be told that they had been opened from an hour earlier.So breakfast a little disapointing as food overspoilt in baymarie.

Great location, just out of the very busy part of Coffs so it’s not noisy even though it’s on the highway! Lots of greenery and trees around, feels very private ! Bed was lovely and firm, very comfortable. It was very clean and well presented. The pool is great (we didn’t get to use it as the weather was still a bit chilly) but the facilities are great. I love the refillable shampoo/conditioner/soap, very eco friendly, love it!

This is my one concern with most places that I stay; there is no recycling bin easily accessible. I would love all places to have both a rubbish bin and recycle bin in the rooms.

The room was a good size with a comfortable lounge to watch the television plus a table with 3 chairs. Didn't have to sit on the bed. A good size bathroom as well. Parking in front of room. Restaurant for dinner was nice.

Could hear emergency services sirens & trucks on the highway, but none whilst sleeping, so not a real issue. Would have liked the restaurant to be open at 7.30am for breakfast rather than 8am - conflicting times on their information.

The bed was really comfy with a range of pillows. Easy access, easy check-in. Loved being surrounded by trees and bird life, so close to the hwy but not much noise.

The water pressure was poor, shower head needs updating/repair and the soap smelt like old people (pet peeve). Wasn’t offered meals to add to my stay or offered repeat working visit options. Not many food options within walking distance (and no footpaths out), so must drive to other locations.

The property was built as resort and still has all the facilities. It is showing its age in terms of design but all still works well. A big benefit is having a restaurant on site. Great after a long drive to be able to simply walk to the restaurant from your room to find reasonably priced meals.

It is not in the centre of Coffs Harbour but as a stopover stop it was fine.
