The hotel is undergoing a total refurbishment, and is looking amazing. Our room was an Ocean view room, recently done, and very spacious, and clean. The food downstairs was excellent, especially as they were using a temporary van to work out of for the kitchen. The staff were friendly, especially Karyn.

We went to use a tumbler from the cupboard, to find lipstick on the rim of it. There was no hand towel in the bathroom, and no bin in the main area, (only in bathroom) We had to borrow wine glasses from the bar downstairs, as there were none in the room. Otherwise it was perfect.

They advised us about the ongoing renovations as soon as we booked, allowing us to opt out. Great to have the heads-up. Such a great location. We arrived on Friday evening, checked in via the main bar as instructed, put our bags in our room, and headed straight back down for dinner. The restaurant was pumping but still found a table easily. Food and drink were great, and reasonably priced. The room had been very recently renovated, and done quite thoughtfully. Nice to have USB power points both sides of the bed. These seems like such a simple idea, yet most places don’t have it. The bed was really comfortable. The shower head was huge and the flow really strong. Best shower I’ve had in ages! I liked the floor to ceiling tiles as well. Loved the carpet too. Bigger room than a regular hotel/motel too.

Nothing. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure. Its simplicity is its charm, offering all the essentials one could need. The standout feature, undoubtedly, is the convenience of on-site parking. With the car conveniently parked, we could explore the nearby beach, cafes, and shops on foot, enhancing our experience. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, exuding a cheerful ambiance throughout, making it excellent value for money. I must commend the check-in staff and hotel personnel; they were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient, making both the greeting and booking process a breeze. Highly recommended for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

The food was amazing! Highly recommend the Warm beetroot salad for a light snack, and the Cauliflower Tinga Tacos also. For mains I highly recommend the Steak, I had the 250g rump, it was cooked perfectly and couldn't fault it. I also loved the Prawn and Chorizo linguine! Delicious! Our room was newly renovated, quite modern, with a great view. Not much noise was noticed at all considering it's just above the bar/restaurant. Thanks Seabreeze for making it such a pleasant stay! ☺️

great location, all staff were great to deal with

renovations were going on and we were told the room we were in had been finished. when we checked in there was a pile of floor tiles, someone's half-drunk bottle of water and tilers' tools in the room, the balcony floor had adhesive applied in preparation for the tiling. don't believe anyone checked the room before we arrived

The location was great for cafes beaches etc. We had only visited South west rocks for a day trip and always wanted to come back for a stay and it didnt dissappoint.. Weather was perfect and location of accomadation was very central to everything.

The stairs in the hotel to get to the rooms a lift would be great as carrying luggage up stairs is difficult. Thge staff helped us with our luggage up the stairs but then we had to get them to our room. We were very grateful for the help with our luggage. Maybe even luggage trolleys would help once you had your luggage up the stairs.

Good location, near plenty of cafes/restaurants and local drinking hole was downstairs. Room was comfortable and a good size. Stayed one night on the way to Brisbane. Nice beaches and walks along foreshore across the road.

Place is getting renovated, updated areas look good, stayed in an older room that was a bit dated, but still comfortable and clean.

The location of this place is perfect 👌🏽 the staff were really warm and welcoming. We got a free upgrade into one of their newly renovated rooms and it was so nice and spacious! I really love what they’ve done to the bathroom. (I’ve stayed here before)

The only thing I didn’t like, which isn’t even the hotels fault, is those bloody birds!

Large comfortable room which is quiet at night and we can see our work van in the parking area. The hotel restaurant has a substantial menu and the food is well presented and delicious and portions are good. We love walking across the road to the beach and along the board walk. This time there were whales very close in to enjoy. The staff are helpful, happy and friendly.

We missed the daily specials.

This spacious room comes with all the essential amenities to make the stay comfortable and convenient. There was plenty of room to lay out my bike gear and dry out in the rain, while the basic facilities provided ensured that all my needs were met.

While there weren't any issues, I must admit that I was a bit concerned about the safety of my motorbike in the carpark. Other than that, everything else was great and met or exceeded expectations.
