Pet friendly!! Large size rooms, with bathroom and kitchenette. 3 minute drive to shops, beaches, cafes. Good price for money reminding in peek season.

Everything was amazing, Keeping in mind was a pet friendly room most definitely pets have stayed there before, possibly to add an air freshener.

This was the cleanest, mos immaculate accommodation we have stayed in. The staff were really approachable and helpful and the location (we were here to scuba dive) was just perfect!

Great small family run motel not too far from the beach in South West Rocks. Facilities in the room were good (microwave, toaster, kettle & crockery and cutlery), good size room and a sofa to sit on to watch TV

Everything was great with the exception of the wifi. It was terrible so if you are planning on working it might not be for you. The connection would drop out constantly, or have no internet and in the end I gave up. To be fair it was a Saturday and I didn't talk to the owners about it AND phone reception was also awful so hotspotting wasn't really an option.

We were greeted by the owners and they were very hospitable and friendly. They make pizza in-house and it was superb. Every aspect of our stay was well above average and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants value for money and prestige accommodation and service.

Nothing at all

A really comfy stay. The bed was so comfy (which was required and appreciated after running a half marathon) and the aircon and heating worked really well. It was great to sit out in the sun in the courtyard for lunch. A close walk to shops and restaurants. It was quite busy in South West Rocks, being a long weekend - didn't hear any road noise at all. Thoroughly recommended and will be back!

Booked super last minute due to being let down by another place and these guys made it super easy to arrive, get in my room super late and check out easily the next day. Room was comfortable, clean, close to the dive centre. Thanks guys!

Bed was comfortable. Multiple pillows available. Good size bar fridge.

Fan didn’t work on anything but very low speed. Shower screen broken (was okay, just general feedback).

Location was great, everything was near. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation.

Lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. This is a great value. It's not close to the beach but that was ok with us. You can walk to town and the main beach in about 15 minutes. A nice touch is the room has a little patio in the back and I appreciate not just looking at a fence.

Sound dampening is meh. If you are a light sleeper, you will want ear plugs because you can hear everything going on around you.
