Great place to stay with our two kids on our way up to Queensland. We stayed in a well equipped cabin in a very modern caravan park. The kids loved the heated swimming pool and water slide park, amusement game room, jumping pad and access to the waters edge for fishing and watching the sunset. The staff were very friendly and helpful providing park maps and recommendations in the local area. The heating in the rooms was also helpful in winter yet we only required it for a short period.

My two bedroom cabin is spacious with plenty of room to spread out and organise my general luggage and hiking gear. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove and large refrigerator. All the furnishings and facilities were comfortable and clean. The property is large with many sites and cabins but was pleasantly quiet, at least in the low season, and is located right beside a tranquil estuary. It's a pleasant 15 minute walk from the property to the beaches and commercial centre of South West Rocks.

No problems. Everything about my stay was fine.

The property was very well managed and staff were good. The cabin was very clean and well equipped and the pool was very warm.

You could not stream Netflix, Youtube etc on the TV although there was free WiFi provided. Also the park was some distance from the centre of South West Rocks and the cafe's, hotel etc that are located there.

This is a great place. It has so much to do & it’s close to town. The cabins were very clean & in great condition. The pool was wonderful & the slide for the kids was a hit. The bouncy pillow is a great addition that the kids loved as well. Staff were lovely & very helpful. All in all just a great place to stay.

The only 2 things I could say was not ideal was: 1) No room in any of the bedrooms for a baby cot or bassinet. Had to be set up in the lounge room. This ment we couldn’t use it while the baby was sleeping unless being quiet. 2) No shade over the shallow end of the pool for babies. A little bit a shade would have been great for the little guy but we just extra slathered up in sunscreen.

Beautiful location close to everything. The beds were amazing! Besides what’s mentioned below. The place was awesome.

Let’s just say the young local kids though it’s a good idea to go on a rampage stealing things my son got his new Adidas slides stolen and so did my nephew who was at a powered site. Remember to lock everything up! Or take everything inside the cabins or caravans. Also the tv remote didn’t had a back cover so the batteries fell out. There was cobwebs at the top window as you walk in above the sliding door and behind the tv. Spa needs a cleaner put through it. There was black stuff coming out when in use.

We thoroughly appreciated our stay at SWR. The spacious bed, immaculate bathrooms, exceptional pool and short ride or walk to the headland were notable highlights. Having stayed in numerous parks, like Ingenia, we were impressed with the cabin's overall quality and value - exceeding our expectations - We will certainly return!

Maybe bigger car spots for boats

Great place to stay staff were great, partner and I are already planning our next stay for next year hopefully for 3 weeks this time. Hopefully weather is better next time we're there so we can take kids for swim and do some sight seeing and partner can do some fishing 💕

There was couple things that i found that the cleaners didn't pick up, there's was a little bit dust and marks on kitchen tile and cupboard.

Ingenia at South West Rocks was a great find. We were met by friendly staff who took the time to explain everything. We had a spacious cabin, very clean and well-appointed. Beds were comfy with a generous size family bathroom. It was a great location near the river and easy access into the main town of South West Rocks. The park was well maintained, clean, tidy and quiet. I would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended.

We had a deluxe cabin, it was too big for two 2 bedrooms that slept six ) but a great layout in a quiet part of the park equipped with everything we needed including a nice balcony, and we really enjoyed it.

Wouldn’t say he didn’t like, but just an adjustment process. Living in close proximity to other park users, you have to adjust to their noise and activities.

We have stayed here a few times, twice in a spa cabin and once in a waterfront cabin, both of which were very comfortable. The park is located on South West Rocks Creek, making it so peaceful. The park has a track access which takes you to the Back Creek footbridge which you can cross to access the Back Beach or continue on to the boardwalk which takes you to Horseshoe Bay and into town. If you have never been here before, go for a visit, you want be disappointed.
