We loved how the pool was heated and open till late meaning the kids could get very worn out for bed time ! , the secluded area was amazing we felt so safe and welcome to the area. We also loved the playground and practically private beach

I thought the bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner but that’s just an opinion as an ex cleaner and I recommend having a plastic dish brush or more blue wipes as the ants in the sink area due to being around the beach could get bad at times, we would love to see the games room re done with more games and fixing the pool table so the white ball doesn’t go in while you play

Kids really enjoyed the waterslide and jumping pillow. The park itself was in a great location. Close to all things, but nice and quiet. The cabin we stayed in was set up well with the two rooms. It was nice to walk out the door, over the dunes, and down along the beach to the surf club for breakfast.

The playground was a bit boring, and could used a gurney. The go karts closed too early. There was a lot of bee's around the pool area. So just a heads up if you have allergies, keep your pen close.

Comfortable beds. Very attractive Park with easy access to the beach. Lots of vegetation to act as a good wind break for campers, and the birdlife was lovely. We needed to upgrade from the boat house to a 2 bedroom cabin, as the boat house wasn't really suitable for our needs as two single adult travellers. It would suit a couple on a budget with up to two children. The bunk beds are in the hallway. Very small bathroom. Our cabin on the other hand was the perfect layout for our needs. The accomodation was spotless. Kudos to the cleaning staff. Reception staff were very friendly, and helpful. Overall an excellent caravan park. Nambucca itself has breath taking views from the beach lookouts. If you are after a good coffee, I'd recommend the Book Shop Cafe. Enjoy your stay!

If I had to pick a negative it would be that there was no kitchen bin in our cabin for some reason. Other than that I can't fault the place.

The staff were all amazingly helpful, the cabin was comfortable and was what we expected. Good location

Nothing that we didn’t like about the property.. Only feedback is get the contractors back that had done the upgrade to the bathroom as some of the finishing was unprofessional as an example the toilet roll holder is mounted very loose and the screws used are cutting into the door causing alot of damage when opening and closing..

Great place to have large family gathering, each family group conveniently located near each other. Pool, waterslide, movie night and courtesy buses to RSL and Golf Club will come and pick you up and bring you home. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Camp kitchens are conveniently located throughout park. A number of great golf courses within 10 - 30 minutes.

Kids riding bikes around after dark without parent supervision.

Had a lovely couple of days, lovely location with just a brief walk to the beautiful beach. Worked to the sound of birds otherwise very quiet. Very clean and plenty of facilities especially for children. Staff very helpful and welcoming.

Being siblings and not a couple, would have preferred queen bed in second room as it was quite cramped …but of course this room would be meant for children so understand it’s a family cabin.

Nambucca Heads is a pretty spot. We stayed two nights here, principally to explore Nambucca Heads and to play the Nambucca Island Golf course, which itself did not disappoint. We stayed at the Big 4 Tasman as it seemed reasonably priced. The location is not practically within walking distance of the town centre but is located behind a densely wooded dune behind the beach. Beach access is 50 metres away. The surf was a bit wild whilst we were here and the beach is not an ideal surf beach. But the Big 4 has a small pool and water slides and other facilities to amuse pre-teen children. Our accommodation, in a self contained cabin was very clean, well appointed and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were attentive and check in and out very simple. This style of accommodation and setting suits our style of travelling.

Great size cabin with everything you'd possibly need. Kitchen was fully equipped with a small full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and gas cooker. Neat, clean and comfortable, and only a few metres to the beach. Other facilities include a laundry (you'll need to pay for the machines), a games room, large play area and pool with a large slide. Staff were friendly and really helpful.. Located only 3 - 5 mins drive from shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. We look forward to returning to Tasman Big 4 Holiday Park very soon

The location was lovely and the park facilities for a family was great. Kids loved the jumping pillow area.

The cabins bathroom had an automatic light/heat fan which was incredibly annoying and loud. As it was between the two rooms, during the night and morning, you'd wake everyone up by using the bathroom. There was no way to turn this off, and it was ridiculous. This was not family friendly at all

The property was well kept and looked amazing. I loved that the beach was an easy walk and if you didn't want to go to the beach the pools were wonderfully kept.

We had three different bookings for three different families and one person booked in for all three. One one occasion two of us used the wrong code to get out the gate which left the third unable to get out of the gate ... no-one had explained the coding situation to us. We found out the hard way that one code was needed per vehicle for exit and entry which left one vehicle unable to get out. The lady at the gate helping us sort it all out was extremely rude and aggressive. We admitted to being at fault and apologised but she was not having it and wanted to have her say. It may have been irritating for her but the way she spoke to us was totally unacceptable! For this reason alone, I will never be staying at this particular park again. We will not be treated like that an
