Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure. Its simplicity is its charm, offering all the essentials one could need. The standout feature, undoubtedly, is the convenience of on-site parking. With the car conveniently parked, we could explore the nearby beach, cafes, and shops on foot, enhancing our experience. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, exuding a cheerful ambiance throughout, making it excellent value for money. I must commend the check-in staff and hotel personnel; they were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient, making both the greeting and booking process a breeze. Highly recommended for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

The food was amazing! Highly recommend the Warm beetroot salad for a light snack, and the Cauliflower Tinga Tacos also. For mains I highly recommend the Steak, I had the 250g rump, it was cooked perfectly and couldn't fault it. I also loved the Prawn and Chorizo linguine! Delicious! Our room was newly renovated, quite modern, with a great view. Not much noise was noticed at all considering it's just above the bar/restaurant. Thanks Seabreeze for making it such a pleasant stay! ☺️

The location was great for cafes beaches etc. We had only visited South west rocks for a day trip and always wanted to come back for a stay and it didnt dissappoint.. Weather was perfect and location of accomadation was very central to everything.

The stairs in the hotel to get to the rooms a lift would be great as carrying luggage up stairs is difficult. Thge staff helped us with our luggage up the stairs but then we had to get them to our room. We were very grateful for the help with our luggage. Maybe even luggage trolleys would help once you had your luggage up the stairs.

This spacious room comes with all the essential amenities to make the stay comfortable and convenient. There was plenty of room to lay out my bike gear and dry out in the rain, while the basic facilities provided ensured that all my needs were met.

While there weren't any issues, I must admit that I was a bit concerned about the safety of my motorbike in the carpark. Other than that, everything else was great and met or exceeded expectations.

Large comfortable room which is quiet at night and we can see our work van in the parking area. The hotel restaurant has a substantial menu and the food is well presented and delicious and portions are good. We love walking across the road to the beach and along the board walk. This time there were whales very close in to enjoy. The staff are helpful, happy and friendly.

We missed the daily specials.

Location was great for a one night stay on way to Sydney! Arrived late so having the pub underneath was wonderful!

Only fault was lack of info if you are late to sign in just head to the bar staff for keys, we thought we may have to sleep outside as reception was shut and didn't realise we needed to head into the bar to collect the keys. We may have missed this info however!

Location was excellent. We wanted to attend Horseshoe Bay Parkrun the next morning and this was a mid point from our trip back from Queensland to Western Sydney. We were able to grab a lovely meal at the Bistro and a really comfy room. Next morning we could shower and change and grab a coffee and visit the bakery, all before getting back on the road.

A bit of noise in the car park around bedtime.

The premises are a part of a hotel so there is always the chance of excessive noise however, when I booked the room, I was given a room towards the rear at my request. The lady at reception was very helpful and I was permitted to secure my bike in the room with me. I had booked a single room for one night as I was travelling by bike (bicycle) The room had a double bed and a single and was furnished with a microwave, fridge and AC, all of which worked well. The hotel is well located, close to shops and beach etc.

I paid $123 for a single room. Not exorbitant but more expensive than other places I stayed on this trip, no doubt due to its location.

Location is the biggest advantage of this property. It is situated in South West rocks, a small town exactly midway between Sydney to gold coast. This property is situated next to a small beach. This beach has a small ocean walk. Regarding hotel rooms, all the rooms are situated on 1st floor. Staff offers help to carry the luggage though during check in. Rooms are clean n spacious.

A microwave oven is not provided in the rooms.

The room was connected to the hotel which had an excellent outlook, very good food and a good selection of drinks. The whole place had a really nice vibe - the only downer is that we didn't win the meat tray!

There were some late night voices and traffic as the hotel emptied into the rear car park near our room but it didn't last too long.
