Everything here is great, very clean rooms, great location, WiFi was good, laundry facilities were easy to use, very happy with our stay. Great value for money and staff were very respectful and polite.

This isn’t the properties fault, but other guests in the room below I think room 8, were very loud till almost 1am in the morning couldn’t get any sleep. Loud banging noises, people talking and laughing with absolutely no respect for other guests. Please if you’re going to stay respect the other guests and keep the noise down! This should be common sense.

The friendly gentlemen filling in for the owners at Check In made for a delightful welcome. The room was HUGE. More like a studio apartment than a "double room" also had absolutely every kitchen appliance you could think off. The kitchen was like the Tardis for that matter! It's good to know for next time that I can actually make a meal in the room. Onsite parking is great, 2 min walk to beach from the back end of the property.

Maybe the room wasn't used for a while - there were a lot of (thankfully mostly dead) insects in the bathroom sink.

Quiet, a few metres to the beach while being in the village. Comfortable beds, large wardrobe. Staff were very accommodating as they let us dropoff bags before 12pm.. room just been cleaned.

Empty body wash container in shower. Drain might need checking/cleaning.. water didn't flow down well. Wifi might not be strong enough for the whole place.. Netflix kept stopping every 3 minutes.. so we switched off early.. silver lining is we went to sleep before 10pm.. following a busy day! Bathroom is small, lack of railing/hooks for towels and bathrobe.

It was fantastic. The gentleman was wonderful. The unit was very clean and very comfortable. The bed was great. The location was fabulous and on 20 minutes over the hill to Edgecumbe for work. Wanted to stay longer but we're then fully booked for the weekend. I can't wait to go back. Oh, and the price, no complaints there it was 😃👍. Highly recommend this place to anybody, also great parking at your unit

Fantastic location. The beach is a short stroll away. Quiet neighbourhood. Our upstairs room was clean, tidy and spacious. Shower pressure was amazing ! Slightly older style room but has everything you need. Sky tv & wifi in our room. Room had a small balcony off the living room which was cool although we didn't get to use as we were only here a short time. Easy peasy check in, reception staff lovely!

Struggled to find a heater in our room as it got a bit nippy when the sun set but the amazing hot shower made up for it and warmed everyone up.

Lovely place to stay, we had a boat with us and it was no trouble for them to allocate a space for us to park it. Room service option was fantastic option. Shoer pressure was amazing. Room was clean well stocked, warm safe and comfortable. Even had a couple of biscuits in the tea, coffee etc container. They little extras made a difference. We will be back again

So close to the beach, spacious room, family suite good set up, able to cook basic meals . Laundry on site

Some of the single beds & fold out beds were in the lounge, the entry door was blurrred glass, so it was very light, and the car park was right outside, so car headlights & noise. A curtain or blind on the door would have made a big difference.

Location was good, parking just outside. Check in was easy, friendly and welcoming. Room size was bigger than expected with comfy beds, had microwave and everything you would possibly need.

Few dings and scratches here and there but generally adds character to the room, and doesn't take away from the feel of the room. Definitely has value for money. I'd be happy to recommend.

We had the fan going all night as it was hot despite having the windows open. Air conditioning would be amazing! Especially if you were in a downstairs room ... I wouldn't have windows open all night if i was in a room downstairs.

The pot plant on the deck had several cigarette butts in it, from other quests?, perhaps check this after quests vacate.

Exceptional customer service! We were checked in by a lovely gentleman, very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable for our overnight trip. The perk was having a spa bath ☺️ I also liked that our parking space was pretty much outside the door, handy for unpacking and packing the car.
