Sue was brilliant to deal with. We were there for a family thing and needed to extend our stay. It was not a problem, dealt with beautifully.

Loved the place but water pressure for the shower could be better. Net curtains could be washed occasionally, windows open most of the time would possibly make the a problem as they blow all over windowsills etc. Mirrors dusted would also help.

1: We needed a last minute booking & somewhere that allowed pets (British Bulldog), Tourist Court was more than happy to accomodate us. 2: Room was very spacious for the price we paid. 3: 3 min drive into town, 10 min walk. 4: Took the dog for a walk for a toilet & was a great area. 5: Checking out was easy as, very friendly staff.

Nothing that we didn't like, met our expectations.

A very well equipped room with cooker, microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery etc. Room was clean and well presented. Lady on reception was very friendly and extremely helpful, giving advice on the locality and onward travel.

We had Room 1 which was rather close to the road and so quite noisy. Other rooms would be quieter. Also there is no air conditioning and we arrived at the end of a hot day with no breeze. It took a little while for the room to cool down.

Such a warm welcome, our room smelt so clean and fresh, the bed was really soft and I appreciated the extra pillows and towels. The hosts went above and beyond offering a bigger pot when I explained we were in town for our great nephew's 5th birthday and I was going to make a potato salad. Parking just outside our door, convenient location to all the shops in Whakatane.

I love everything about this motel, when I’m in this town I always come and stay here. Lovely couple who own it and great staff, very easy to communicate with and extremely pleasant to deal with. It is a huge bonus that I could have my pup stay with us and in the room. Can’t wait to come back again soon

No complaints

The unit was spotless, the management and cleaner helpful and cheerful. Bed perfect and although on a busy road we had excellent sleeps.

Had a beautiful stay. Everything we needed. Got in a little later but was so humbled to be addressed by our names. Lovely staff and atmosphere. Bed was amazing. Rooms are very warm and would be very welcomed during winter but had an amazing stay. Thank you

A very comfortable and reasonably sized room for a couple and a child. Had all the amenities that we needed and also the location was fine. Close to town and Awanuiarangi.

Maybe parking! Need room to get out especially when reversing out onto the street. But nothing major.

there was a bit of traffic noise you could here the next door tenants talking at 6.00 in the morning no air conditioning but the was a heater One of the few motels that charge 100% if you booked the wrong night and didnt turn up usually most charge about 70% Shower flow was average

Dog friendly room and convenient location. We got nice & clean upstair room.On arrival we got warm welcome and gave us good descriptions of the area where we can go with our fur child. Also gave us detailed map of Whakatane district and free doggy poop bags. Highly recommend if you are traveling with pets.
