The staff are absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was great, from addressing me by my name (she saw me twice when I collected the key and handed it back), asking if I needed an extra blanket or if I needed the milk replaced. The room was serviced everyday, clean towels daily. Very accommodating. It’s my preference for when I’m over that way!

The car parking but it’s not really something that can be helped. Long vehicles made it hard to get in and out of the allocated parking. But they were accommodating and made it work. Absolutely fantastic!

Friendly and attentive gentleman (owner) very helpful and he was well presented and made us feel welcome. I knew from my first interaction with him the accommodation would be top notch and it was. myself and my mother would highly recommend this motel. Parking was close to our room which was reassuring as my mother suffers with rheumatoid arthritis and other health complications. She loved this place. I could see she felt at home. The room wasn’t a disability setting but it was so accommodating for our requirements. What a bonus.

Walls were very thin we could hear the adjoining room talking etc was an unfortunate negative aspect alongside the ongoing vehicles coming and going till late which kept us awake but I’m sure this may have been a one off due to the people involved were all obviously related. I would suggest a designated cut off time for vehicles leaving the premises at night just to allow all guests to relax and respect each others space as we all have different reasons for being at that destination. An exception would obviously be an emergency.

Friendly staff. So accommodating from the start with me travelling from afar, friendly, clean, great location, spa bath was great. The only frustrating thing is other guests not parking in their allocated spots which meant I had to park elsewhere. Otherwise it was perfect

The parking. I’m wondering if this could be helped by having the guests directed to their allocated park upon arrival. It’s frustrating when you don’t get your park throughout the duration of the stay and have to park elsewhere. Also, reversing can be a bit tight.

Check in was a bit different as the ONE network was down until 1800 but reception was great and continued as normal as could be. Room 15 is a great size, warm, clean and a super comfortable bed. Has all the required needs in the kitchen and bathroom.

Not a didn't like but the TV feels like it is the wrong place. We both nearly hit our heads on the corner exiting the bathroom and turning right towards the kitchen. Adjusting the angel of the TV did help.

The rooms were clean 👌 and love that they had room service everyday come in and clean the rooms, give more towels etc...staff were amazing and friendly location was good close to shops and town and being close to the main road it was still safe for our kids, we will definitely keep coming back here 😊😊

Just the glass tables they weren't really safe for our kids even the dining table it kept sliding

I love how it had a separate bedroom for couple, couch in the lounge and a table to seat at also. It was so nice and clean and the smell of jasmine flowers was a nice touch too. It was close to everything. Will stay here again!

We are not a fan of showers in bath tubs but that’s a personal opinion. Getting out of Landing Ave can be a challenge but doable :). The neighbours was noisey for 1 night but I think they left after 1 night so that was ok :)

Didn’t notice there was a spa bath in the room which was a plus. Enough towels which most facilities don’t provide! Tv’s in all the rooms was also unexpected & a nice surprise. We had shown up earlier than expected check in time which the staff were happy to accomodate an earlier check in and fast tracked the cleaning of our room. Beds were like sleeping on a cloud! Super comfortable which isn’t always the case sometimes at hotels.

No remote for the tv in the lounge area- not a major issue and was still able to use with buttons on tv. Other bedroom didn’t have a window to the outside for fresh air, you need to open that window then the window in the little corridor to get any fresh air coming in without you bedroom door being open. Also not a biggie, I just prefer fresh air as air con can play with my sinuses. Personally, the smell to describe was a bit similar to a super clean funeral home. I am very sensitive to smell though so would most likely not be an issue for other guests. I bought a scented candle for a quick cheap fix from the Kmart 5 mins down the road.

We always enjoy the spa bath, the spaciousness of the room and the comfortable bed. We also liked not having to book in at the desk and going directly to the room. These rooms are quiet and the motel is a short drive (you can even walk if you want) to the Kopeopeo shops.

I was a bit concerned about whether our room had been paid for because I didn't bother accessing the internet to check my credit card. In the past we've stayed here because it was comfortable however the speed of the internet did not allow us to access our online classes (lagged) so we started going elsewhere. Not a huge worry but our carpark was taken and so we parked closer to our room. The problem is when this throws everyone else out - don't think it mattered too much because there were some bigger vehicles which needed the middle parks.

Very nice unit. We booked a studio, as we were only staying for two nights. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the unit & it's facilities. The unit boasted a very comfortable two seater in an alcove plus a well equipped kitchenette with microwave & hotplates. The bathroom was spacious & modern.

Road noise.

Probably one of the coziest motels I've stayed in. The room was clean and comfortable with good quality furnishings and everything you would expect from a room. The price was great and I would definitely stay again. Check in was easy, and completed prior to my arrival so I didn't actually get to see any staff.

Nothing I didn't like.
