It was a lovely resort with freestanding cottages and homes. Beautiful waterfront area and pools. Quiet and easy to walk around the resort. Our townhouse was well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, microwave, TV, radio, and kitchen utensils. Parking spots available right outside your townhouse.

Nowhere to grab a coffee or snack. Had to always drive to cafes or restaurants or a supermarket to get food and drinks. Our townhouse had no toilet or bathroom downstairs and the floor boards upstairs were extremely squeaky. No dishwasher. Kids playground was a bit rundown.

we loved that we were right across from one of the pools, 2 minutes down the road from the main pool and bistro area and a short walk up the hill to the heated pool... We loved that we were able to invite guests from outside that resort for a bbq, everyone loved it...

we didn't like that the bistro was closed without notice on Sunday and Monday as there was no where to grab a coffee or lunch before the gymnastics competition that we were attending... I didn't like that there were no bbq facilities down near the lake, there are beautiful grass areas that would be perfect for relaxing with friends while having a bbq...

I just love staying there we always do twice a year even though we live 15 mins away

The accomodation was described wrong pictures of accom wrong i didnt want a loft unit as weve stayed in lofts before i wanted a freestanding cottage as described as pictures showed so will never book raffertys via bookings ever again false advertising and 1 very pissed off customer

We loved the accommodation villa we stayed in and the facilities. The location on the lake was beautiful.

We liked our accommodation but there was a leak in the bathroom that meant we couldn't wash our hands in the basin (2nd bathroom). I was frustrated that whenever I had tried to call breakfree prior to our visit I got a recorded message and couldn't speak to a person on site, therefore we packed linen that was not needed. We'd have brought a different vehicle if we could have found this information. (It wasn't clear and the customer service person wasn't able to tell us either.)

This was our second visit to Rafferty’s with our family. We love the lakeside location, multiple pools, onsite restaurant and comfortable accommodation.

Children’s play area was a bit tired looking, it may be in the process of being done up. It would be great if there were some more activities for the kids to do around the resort.

Great location, right next to Macquarie Lake. Only 10 minutes drive to Caves Beach and town centre which is full of restaurants, shops and park. Facilities are great as well. We love our time of swimming in the heated pool, playing tennis and BBQing. Our kids loves the little playground. Super friendly staff at the reception and the restaurant!! Food and drinks are good as well. We would love to come back and stay for a whole week!!

It is a beautiful location. We enjoyed the heated pool and the bar and restaurant. Our kids really enjoyed the playground and pool. The little wharf and beach out the front of the resort was really lovely. We also travelled to Caves beach which wasn't far at all.

cleanliness, location, facilities, amenities, water pressure excellent and air con was delightful.

the right bedroom door needed WD40, was noisy to open and close. Wouldn’t have been too big an issue however we have an 8 month old who slept in that room as it was the main room & the sound of the door opening and closing impacted their sleeps. the left bedroom window had no flyscreen. Safety issue when travelling with young children. Thankfully our older children can follow instructions and did not open this window. would have preferred more dishwashing liquid and toilet paper available in our room for the length of our stay, instead we needed to get this from reception. king bed would have been more comfortable with a topper. mattress protectors needed on mattress.

We had a great stay. The staff were so helpful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was great and spacious very clean and comfortable. Kids loved the playgrounds and pools and the bistro and cafe were also great! We would love to come again!

Onsite water activities (Kayaking and boat hire) and the heated pool were great!

There were no decent dining options nearby. There's only three onsite Bistro. It's a good drive to the nearest dining area at The Entrance.
