Room was quiet & comfy at the end of a corridor, a little worn but assuming it’s the type of room I booked as I could see there were newer renovated ones when we walked past them, we were able to check in early which was great! The pool, and drinks to the pool were lovely. Free parking is also a nice touch.

The room service plates from different rooms sat out on the floors for hours (not ours as we did not order any, but was a common issue across the floors), from 11am when we checked in - 8pm when we left for dinner (it was clearly from the night prior) we asked for this to be cleaned up twice, on the second occasion were informed the person who does this has left for the day. But there were staff on the floors many times and it still sat there. Not a big issue but it would likely attract unwanted guests if this is a common occurrence. After asked on second occasion, it was removed after we came back from dinner.

The Executive Inn is not the Hilton or Marriott but whoever has been on the guest planning team has given some serious thought: 1. In-room tech ( Smart TV, Smart Clock, BT etc ) 2. No in house GYM but well thought ( BALANCE tie-up ) 3. The water quality in the shower was great. This was my 3rd visit to THE Executive and I will keep coming ( also is my suggested place to friends and family )

Complimentary Good Quality Coffee at Reception was a good feel good factor while waiting at reception but adding a slip of 2.5$ looks a little cheap ( while no big deal ) but just an observation :-)

Although we didn’t require it, we had a wheelchair accessible room with plenty of space and excellent adapted bathroom facilities for anyone who would need them. Room was clean and very comfortable with a nice balcony and outdoor seating. Great location in relation to sports stadium and plenty of dining options within the attached leagues club. Swimming pool was clean and well kept with a great spa and sun deck!

Corridors were very noisy late at night and very early morning with guests and children coming and going, not very sound proofed doors or rooms. Some water for guests in the room or mini fridge would be a good addition.

Accessible room was fantastic. good amount of space around furniture. great bathroom with all the required features. the buffet breakfast had a great variety. the pool and spa were great and and both accessible for my husband and his particular disability with assistance. walking distance to McDonald Jones Stadium and only a short drive to beaches and other attractions. attached to the wests league club but literally zero noise from it in the room we stayed even though its open until the early morning.

not a lot of disability parking options however we were able to use the visitor park for most of our stay. theres also a parking garage less than 100m away if required which i believe is free to park.

breakfast was good, but over priced for what you get. the additional paid coffee is terrible no toilet paper on the toilet reel no water in the fridge? someones old hair tie (with hairball still attached on the floor in the lounge area, makes you think how much attention goes into cleaning this room was provided as a "complimentary" upgrade following a previous less than satisfactory experience i don't think the feedback is really hitting home, i don't want a free upgrade, but i cant say i would bring my wife and kids there if i was travelling for leisure- not for the money you pay.

The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. The TV had a streamcasting service which was great as the weather was not great during our stay due to the tropical cyclone in northern NSW. There is an ice machine available on level1. We eat in the Wests Club for dinner and breakfast. There was a large variety to choose from the menus. The meals were excellent and at a good price. The whole complex was very comfortable and accommodating. The car spaces were available undercover in a security carpark

The lighting in the rooms needs an update. The spa was very popular and unfortunately we didn't get to use it.

We booked two rooms and had a great stay despite being in town for some sad reasons. The rooms were clean, well-appointed and quiet…so quiet that we did not hear any noise from neighbouring rooms. Parking was simple and effortless. It rained the whole time we were in town, and we just loved that the hotel was really self-contained with breakfast area, pools, laundry etc but also physically connected to Wests New Lambton which gave us you more dining options and bars. All we had to do was walk from the rooms to breakfast or dinner or to a bar. It was just so easy and casual. We needed that easy experience. The customer service at the Executive is incredible. A massive shoutout to Troy for his empathy and for looking after us. I think all of our positive and friendly interactions with staff, including Kim in the morning, – is a sign of good recruitment and training. (note: we found the staff at Wests New Lambton pretty friendly too). Overall, we felt valued as customers and will be back. Thank you so much.

We really loved the pool area the restaurant and club access hotel was very presentable and classy clean it had a really nice feel to it restaurant really nice our rooms beautiful with coffee expresso machine great coffee station TV aircon stayed two nights photos on site doesn't do it justice its really nice.

Only a couple of things that can be changed immediately At reception the staff wasn't very friendly to me when I arrived it was a simply normal transaction as if I was in a shop and unfortunelty witnessed other staff second evening treat a customer bad for their thongs and then speaking ill of him after he left not professional at all . I understand they are tired but we also earned our get away don't deserve their condescending treatment . Breakfast was disappointing ended at 10am 9. 20 there was no more sweets pastries or fruit and wasn't refilled at all even though my self and other people asked and was told simply there was no more .I had 3 other teens with me in my family and no breakfast to eat and variety.

Good to have housekeeping daily. Having the clubs facilities so close was also a benefit

Just a grizzle about the swimming pool.....the deeper one (at the 1.8m end). When enteringthe pool at the deep end, there's a bit of a ledge that you can step down onto. That's fine, and the edge of the ledge is well marked. However, when you step off the ledge, it's a steep slope down to the pool's floor. I saw several people trip & stumble (into the main part of the pool) because they didn't realise that the angle of the slope was so steep. Not sure how this could be rectified without re-doing the floor of the pool, but I reckon it's dangerous for people who aren't 6ft tall and who aren't strong swimmers

The layout of the accommodation was very pleasing and conveniently located at the West's Leagues club where you could go and have a late night drink or 2. Also close to my favourite Hobby store...Frontline Hobbies. A bonus is the Pool area and Food areas. Very nice. And I slept well which I need these days. Lol.

Parking could have been a little better , while by no means was it bad just a bit cramped with some cars parked over the lines of the next car space. And being first in first serve doesn't give much choice of parking afterwards. However being able to park our Holden Colorado dual cab underneath there was satisfactory.
