The staff were extremely friendly, the pool was great, the room was definitely comfortable enough for the time we spent there. Location was easy enough to find. When we first walked in, the air-con had been left on, so the room was extremely comfortable temperature.

We bought dinner items that just needed to be heated in the microwave, we noticed once back in the room, that there was no plates or cutlery. We went up to reception and got some extremely quickly... so while it turned out perfectly fine for us, due to thinking of going to reception, I'm sure it might bother others. It was also my first stay in an motel, where there was no shampoo/ condition etc in the bathroom, again maybe if you asked reception. This didn't affect us for one night but might others. These aren't complaints on our behalf, just comments that might help others when they stay.

Lovely room. Everything was clean, bathroom was new. We were in the last room but had no problems with having a hot shower. The motel is next to a busy road but surprisingly quiet during the night. Location is good. The lady in reception was lovely, we asked for extra pillows which wasn’t a problem.

The only problem was the mattress, it was very hard. And there is not a spare blanket that could be used to soften it. The bed definitely needs a thick mattress topper.

The staff member on check in was very friendly and welcoming. She provided excellent advise for dinner options and was delightful to talk to. The room has to be commended on the cleanliness and comfortable size of the bathroom.

I would like to have face washers in the rooms. The overhead light is a bit too much when trying to watch TV, I would prefer wall lights, but in a perfect world

no plates or knives for toast or fruit. Needs A bar on top of steps in the pool for people with mobility issues. Probably could use a lamp in the bedroom as the ceiling light was very bright when littlies are going to sleep.

For me very convenient and economical because it’s so close to my grandchildren. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice management, not sure if they own the property, but very friendly. Overall a great place to stay for me

Great location just off the highway when traveling from QLD home to southern NSW. Well priced fir family fir a night.

Would like cutlery- knives fork bowls and plates for a microwave dinner in the road or for cereal brekky. Beds a but hard for my personal liking.

The staff were absolutely lovely, the room was clean. It was a super pleasant stay, and the shower was huge!

People kept parking in front of our room super close to our door which was rough with a small child but not the end of the world. The beds were kind of hard, but again not the end of the world.

My stay was great, I felt safe and secure. The location, lots of space outside and inside of the room, excellent The large room was clean and the bathroom was large as well. All staff and Owners were extremely helpful and friendly, my car was parked directly outside my door as requested and overall just an excellent place to stay! thank you, my kindest regards Jaime Lanndan.

Clean and comfortable beds, well appointed bathroom, and welcome hot shower, at a reasonable price. Carpark outside the room without steps was good for luggage and quick packup.

Room was crammed with beds, double bed was a little small for us. Bedside lamps would be welcome. However it was suitable accommodation.

Booked two rooms, and the manager was very friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-in for one group. They had a door between their rooms, allowing them to easily go through to the other partie's room. Loved it
