The location is perfect for short overnight stopovers and just short stays in general especially being the only accommodation in and around Thornton. I always stay here because it’s perfect for introverts such as myself, having to be able to check in independently and do everything concerning the booking via the guest portal and such. Overall a perfect stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it catered well to my needs for the few days I was there.

The room was a bit dusty and needed just an extra passover with a vacuum but overall the room smelt good and was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Our usb power outlets however were damaged from previous guests it seemed and did not work. We had to use the usb plugins that were in the lobby to be able to charge our electronics.

An unusual location however a good place to stay overnight when travelling so its not really an issue. Was great value with the deal we got on booking.com at the time. Room was clean, quiet and spacious enough, but fairly "characterless". Bed was fine and AC worked well.

The entry process to the building the first time was difficult as we didnt realise the touch screen was activated best by placing your hand over it not just touching it.....only found out by watching someone else get in successfully! The whole stafflass reception thing is a bit odd but worked OK

Very clean, well appointed with all the basic needs of a traveller passing through, very convenient, would stay again.

We were disturbed to receive various scam messages associated with our stay (not Alloggio's fault). We received 4 scam emails urging us to click on links to checkin and later to checkout, plus txt messages as well. They were obvious scam attempts so we ignored and deleted them, and we called the property to confirm that they did not come from them. We tried to report this problem online to Booking.com but found it impossible to locate any sort of Contact Us facility on the Booking website. Conveniently located and easy to access with clean room amenities and facilities. Perfect for short stays or stop overs. Ample parking and close to various restaurants, shopping centres, servos, medical centres and a gym.

The beds are quite on the firmer side and the room needed a bit of a dusting. But other than that the sheets and bedding were clean and the room smelt fresh when we checked in. The vending machine needed a top up.

Location is great.

At the time of booking, i was booking a room with a king bed and we got 2 twin beds which wasn't ideal( but we managed) I booked via my Cell , maybe I missed the option to choose properly. I find a massive stain on the armchair and there was no tissue box. The staff are so nice, I left my laptop in the room, and i got a call later on the day from the hotel staff and I got my Laptop back. Thank you.

The location, value for money, facilities and cleanliness. The bed was comfy we were provided extra pillows and a blanket. We definitely made use of the tea amenities and vending machines. Checking in was easy for us but I think it would be a bit of a challenge for the elderly as the lobby door requires a code and so do the room doors but other than that it was an easy and convenient check in. A lot of parking onsite. All on all we enjoyed our stay at Allogio’s as always and will definitely be staying there again in the future. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay when travelling or visiting. Close to some pretty great eateries, a personal favourite of mine is Mortels Cafe.

Location convenience at end of motorway walking distance to service station and fast food if needed. No reception staff but text message with details was easy to use. Ample parking for car in carpark and prime mover cab on street without being in others way. Single entry but multiple exits available.

Stayed in 114 which is on the end of the ground floor directly across from an exit door. Rooms are not overly soundproof so the heavy metal door closing from 4am was my alarm clock as the exodus began. TV screen was a bit small compared to the distance between the bed head and wall but was usable.

The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable to stay in. Lots of amenities including toiletries, hair dryer, toilet papers, coffee, milk, iron, etc. The views outside our room were also stunning. Check-in and check-out were also smooth and easy.

The remote of the TV in our room did not work, so we had to use our phone to screencast to the TV, but not a big deal.

Self check in, plenty of free parking, property was kept clean and tidy, common areas to sit and enjoy time together out side of the guest rooms.

Room was bare, needs a dinning table with at least 2 chairs, for a room that sleeps 3 with only a single desk and chair, doesn’t make scene., shower curtain is warm and stained, kettle didn’t work, I reported this upon check in via text, no response..

Close to where I wanted to go.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable and choice of pillow was not great. Also, given that there is a door with a code, it would be good to have the code on multiple external doors. We were right next to an external door we could leave by but not return by. One side of the king bed had no power points.
