The one bedroom villa we stayed in exceeded our expectations. It was clean and modern and offered great privacy with a relaxing covered patio area outside. The villa had a well equipped kitchen with everything you could need, including a kettle, toaster, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates and cups etc. Other useful items included an iron, ironing board and clothes airer and the free onsite laundry was a godsend for our 3 week stay. We used the pool but didn't have a chance to go in the games room, gym or use the tennis courts, nor did we use the communal kitchen as we had our own however all these facilities looked good and well maintained. The area is nice and quiet with the beautiful historic town of Morpeth just down the road. There is a mini convenience store, butcher, cafes, shops and our personal favourite, the bakery, they have amazing pies and sweet treats! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, it truly felt like a home away from home.

Nothing at all however maybe just a suggestion that the umbrellas in the pool area be on bases so they can be moved to provide shade through the whole day. By midday the umbrellas didn't provide any shade in the pool area because they couldn't be moved.

We like everything. It was a surprise for all of us. The rooms and the villa have been recently renovated and they are spacious enough, clean and well equipped. Beds and cushions are super comfortable and the kitchenette in the villa has new appliances and all you need to cook. Also in the rooms you have kettle and fridge. We were a group of 13 with 7 children and we rented one villa and 2 rooms. We enjoyed cooking and eating in the common kitchen, super equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for large groups. Two bbq are also available outside of the common kitchen. The play room is well equipped and during our stay the weather was great so we used the swimming pool and the tennis court every day. The position is great, half way from Hunter Valley and Port Stephen. The lady at the reception was very friendly and kind. A really good value and I highly recommend.

The grounds were beautiful and clean, the pool area well kept and clean, the games room and communal kitchen/bbq area were amazing, staff were helpful and friendly, villa was a good size with almost everything you could need for a short stay with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Almost everything was perfect except for a few minor things. One kitchen chair had a broken seat, there wasn't anywhere in the bedroom to place your clothing when you took it off such as a chair or stand, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to sit on when used as a lounge and we couldn't connect to streaming platforms for the children. Otherwise everything else was wonderful.

The manager was a friendly, helpful and very informative lady. My room was modern, clean and very tidy. It was summer and I wouldn't need a blanket but there were no blankets or extra pillows in the room. If I needed them maybe I had to ask? My only neg feedback would be the overhead shower head. It was for show not practicality. And the shower area a little on the small side. Maybe others would disagree. The property was set in a quiet surrounds and supplied everything that I would need or want. One of the best places I've stayed in a long while.

The staff @front desk were approachable from walking in the door @ reception. The styling of the rooms were second to none. The little touches of bottles of water in the fridge, extra towels for pool and extra rolls of toilet paper all made a difference to our experience. Super clean. The gardens with a variety of succulents and statues also gave a homely and relaxing feel. I also picked my room key inside twice and the owner wasn't concerned and happily opened my door again. Thank you! Extremely impressed from start to finish. If we have another function in Morpeth ....will definitely stay again.

I had an amazing weekend stay at Hunter Oasis! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were top-notch, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the local area. I also appreciated how attentive and helpful the staff were, always ready with assistance whenever needed. I would highly recommend Hunter Oasis to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay. We held my sisters baby shower on the lawn and it was the perfect place for a picnic! I’ll definitely be returning!

It is so good it is booked out for christmas in advance! We were hoping to return, but other people must love it as much as we do! :)

The room was beautifully presented. We had a lovely garden view. Everything was very well-maintained. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. It is in a quiet location that is a pleasant walk from Morpeth. Although we did not use the extra facilities (tennis courts, pool and kitchen), knowing they were available was wonderful. We have travelled widely and this accommodation is excellent value and exceptional. We will return.

Some guests (a group gathering) were rather noisy and blissfully unaware that others may prefer not to hear their banter and music. Fortunately, this did not last long.

Very clean room/bathroom! The facilities available e.g Common room and Kitchen were extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need!

Little things could be improved, but nothing major that ruined our stay, just things that might make it more convenient for future guests: The sealing on the bottom of shower needs to be fixed as the water leaks onto the bathroom floor. As well as having salt and pepper in the kitchen area would be good! But otherwise the staff were lovely and my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back !

We had a lovely one-night stay in Morpeth during our road trip! We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a motel room to the studio, which was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Unfortunately, it was raining during our stay, so we didn’t get to use the other facilities, but the studio itself was perfect. Check-in was smooth, and the lady at reception was so kind and helpful. It is close to some nice restaurants, making dining out very convenient. Would definitely recommend it, if you are planning on stopping in Morpeth.
