Located across the road are McDonalds and Oporto, bp petrol station. Other stores close by are 7eleven, Guzman and Gomez, Officeworks,Spotlight, Baby Bunting, Sheridan outlet shop, Fantastic Furniture , Supercheap Auto , Katmandu etc. Just down the road, heading towards Maitland is the Rutherford Shopping Centre, where you will find Coles, Woolworthes, Aldi, a Bakehouse plus other shops. Located right next door to the motel is the Bradford hotel, for a nice pub meal. Just a short drive away is the little town of Greta, where you will find the Tattersall's Family Hotel, a Bottle - O, Greta Workers Club, McDonalds, Subway, a Bakery, Newsagents, a Pharmacy, Coffee shop and a BP petrol station, on your way to the lovely Hunter Valley Wineries.

We stayed for 2 nights, some fresh towels for our second day would have been nice.

Location and ease of access. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

On our extended stay some washing up detergent for cups would have been useful as the room weas not serviced over the three nights. The QR code for information did work on my smart phone, so there was no information on the immediate local area, re dining and shopping and places of interest. Not a real problem as I accessed tourist info via internet.

Great motel. We loved our stay. The pool was a perfect size to cool off in on the 34deg day. The young girl at reception was friendly and patiently answered my questions. The best thing was the bed. It was so comfortable I slept for 9 hours straight. The room was clean and spacious with quality toiletries. The free snacks like a kitkat were a nice touch. The location was also good being next door to a pub and across the road from Maccas and Oporto.

Light out in ceiling, desk lamp no bulb....reported to reception Used to be water and chocolates in rooms...no longer (need to request at reception) Booked king room which is supposed to have a coffee machine (reception advised that new owners had removed them) Price has jumped enormously since new owners...used to be full...not so much now...

Location, value, last minutes booking, easy check In & Check Out & pool was great & comfortable for short stay.

Cleaning could be a little better, deep clean of bathroom & the shower surrounding area’s, outside tables & poarch need a clean neglected & replace outside mats as they worn. Pool area no chairs & tables to sit. You should remove the broken umbrella flapping around & had no use at all. These are just minor things but do make difference.

The property was perfect, and the location was close to everything—absolutely loved it! I’m very satisfied with everything.

My only concern was that the TV kept turning on by itself during the night. We tried turning it off and lowering the volume, but it didn’t work. It was late, around 9 PM, and we thought it might be connected to another room, but we’re not sure. Eventually, we had to switch off the power to stop it. Other than that, we were happy and satisfied with our stay.

Convenient location for my needs and at competitive price

I've stayed here on numerous occasions. On most occasions(except when I raised the issue on checkin), housekeeping has knocked on door and then tried to enter around 9am. Luckily we always keep the chain on the door! On this visit we found a "do not disturb" sign on back of door but no way to attach to outside. This needs to be addressed

Facilities were amazing. We stayed in the King Spa and it was everything we expected - great bed, hot tub and big screen. It was a good place to relax and restore. Good outside area as well.

Room was very noise with didn't help for our sleep. We had to turn off aircon and fridge, still there was noise coming from others room bathroom. There was a coffee machine but no coffee available - a bit odd Id say.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bed was a tad soft but still slept comfortably. The complimentary, chocolate, bottled water, crisps were a great touch. The motel accommodation was fantastic, although I didn't see a list of motel's recommended restaurants, cafes etc. which some people might like to have. Sundays, just mindful that a lot of cafes and restaurants are close even if Google says that they are open.

The hotel staff were amazing.and very polite

The room I was given had a smart tv and the capabilities to Smartcast with Android. However they failed to have a wireless USB receiver put in so while the room has a smart TV and wifi to connect it all The tv Was only capable of analogue channels. Also The staff admitted that the Room I was given has known door issues Whete the card would not unlock the door. I Was not able to open the door myself at any point during the stay. had the card swapped For a different one at one point And Close to midnight well after Reception had left for the day i was locked outside for 15 minutes trying to use the key before calling the hotel manager and having them organise security to come out waiting another 20 minutes.
