We stayed in room 3 & it was totally perfect... we couldn't asked for anything better... I made a booking online & we were still 100ks away. they sent a text message giving instructions as we wouldn't arrive by 10pm...it was the best nights sleep & we will definitely be returning for sure Next time hopefully we will enjoy a dinner there as well Thank you again for the amazing service, definitely highly recommended, if your after a last minute check in after a long trip like we did, contact this hotel

There was nothing we didn't like everything was perfect... it would have to be the best place I have stayed

Facilities were great, room was clean and the bathroom very spacious.

We had an interconnecting room and we could hear the people next door. It wasn't a big issue though.

The room was nice and clean with plenty of lighting and power sockets. On arrival, the room was already cool as the air conditioner had been turned on prior to arrival. Great shower and comfortable bed. The only downside was the ridge in middle of bed as it was two single beds pushed together. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided together with biscuits. Very quiet except for occasional traffic noise.

$10 deposit for room swipe cards. Not encountered this before. Awaiting return of this.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money, especially considering it was during a public holiday.

The curtain in the disability bathroom is broken

A convenient stay for next day hospital appointment. Easy parking. Meals available at the pub and very well priced. Room and bathroom clean.

The room could do with a couple of chairs.

The location was close to town (the main Street of Kurri Kurri) it was a stone throw away from Kurri Kurri bowling club where the food is great and priced well.

The motel itself didn't have a bistro, apparently only since the new owners have taken over. In our room,we only had 1 dinner plate,there was only the 2 of us but if we had people visit or extra guests as there was a pull out lounge, there was no washing up liquid (staying for 3 nights we didn't want to leave dishes everywhere,so chose to eat out instead) They did supply a popa size milk , but I think some butters, Vegemite,honey or peanut butter to have on toast would of been a nice touch.

The accommodation is very good value for money if you just want a bed and a shower. It is close to the highway and there is good access around the town. The bowling club is a short walk away and has a very good bistro.

Nothing bad about the place.

Enough room, nice area, mostly clean, friendly staff, comfortable facilities

One of the sheets had a stain and there were a few crumbs in the cutlery drawer and some of the bowls weren’t clean, but thankfully we just washed the dishes and cutlery before we used them, and we used a different sheet

They accommodated my early check in request, Walking into a Freezing cold room on a very hot day was beautiful. Location is good for a lovedale wedding. Big comfortable bed with 2 pillows each. Room and bathroom not vacuumed very well but overall still clean.

Room was comfortable, very large.

The blinds on 2/3 windows were broken or missing slats. The only seating in the room were 2 dining chairs that were not very comfortable to sit in to watch the tv.It was a shame as the room was large enough to accommodate a lounge or a couple of armchairs.
