The only small issue was some noise from other guests, which is, of course, beyond the control of the staff. Despite this, the team handled everything with professionalism and ensured my stay remained enjoyable.

It close proximity to things, reasonably priced. Older but still clean.

I took my daughter swimming and she has to stand on the chair to open the pool gate from the inside as it is a high latch for even an adult. I couldn’t reach to let us back out, there is a step on the outside to reach it. The room door handle had a drop to it. It still locked however didn’t feel secure knowing it could be easily broken. Not the properties fault there were some really loud guests who woke us yelling and slamming doors in the night, with the loose door handle and a single woman there alone, I would of felt more secure with a solid door handle.

The room was cozy, clean, and perfectly warm, making it a great retreat after a day of exploring. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with all the essentials. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly. The location is convenient, and the price offered excellent value. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant, hassle-free stay!”

The location was fantastic, we took the kids to the Hunter Valley xmas lights it was an easy 10 minute drive. The pool was clean, had seating with an umbrella for shade. The rooms were clean, well stocked and the Beds were super comfortable. Checking in was easy, the owners very friendly. Our aircon could have cooled a little better but it wasn't a problem as it wasn't very hot. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you for our stay

Stayed here with my partner for a few days to attend a wedding. Location is central with resturaunts and shopping within walking distance. Room was clean and neat with tea and coffee, kettle, a microwave, toaster, bar fridge, iron and a TV. Aircon worked nicely and the shower was excellent which included bodywash, shampoo and linens. We were very comfortable during our stay and the staff were lovely. Highly recommended and will book again in the future.

Rooms were lovely añd clean, comfiest bed Ive had in a long time, great atmosphere awesome staff that were more than accommodating.. shower pressure is to die for.. definately b coming back. A communal dining room or kitchen would be a great idea if provided for those who have young families and like to enjoy mealtimes together but can't complain.

Location of Motel was good, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Easy walking to them. Rooms were suitable for 1 to 2 night stays.

Parking could be better. The spots need to be marked better so drivers can see them. Motel was full and several cars didn’t park in the spots very well. This meant several spots were lost due to poor parking.

The Motel was great, easy to find, the room was vast, the bed was very comfortable and quiet and the staff very friendly helpful. we could not have asked for any more for our visit to Cessnock and the Hunter Valley. Just wish we had had the time to have stayed another couple of days

Our room was a good size, there was comfortable seating to watch tv and read. Also good lighting. The bathroom was a good size and excellent hanging space. There has good and easy parking for the car. Bed comfortable, staff obliging. We asked and received downstairs lodging.

Décor was a bit tired, with vinyl pealing on lounge.
