First impression was a bit underwhelming as I wasn’t expecting Ingenia Hunter Valley to be small. But we had a great and comfortable time. Although it was small holiday park, it had amenities that we enjoyed as a family. Place was clean and comfortable. Stayed in budget cabin 9 but it didn’t feel that way. It looked even better than other non-budget cabins we stayed in before. But our parking was at the main parking area not beside the cabin. We had all that we needed during our stay. Everything was looked after. It was peaceful and the kids had plenty to do.

Stay was great cabin was less then a minute walk to pool, front desk, playground Parking was great aswel, bbq area was also great, room was great lucky to have a tv that had netflex which is a plus at night for the kids to watch lucky that each room had a fan each, bathroom was also spacious, also great complimentary energy drinks was great to have one after the long drive once checked in kids had a awesome time overall great experience seeing as this is the 3rd ingenia holiday stay we have been too great staff friendly helpful was great sure to be back.

Location was good but no restaurants close by. It was roomy enough and had a great kitchen. My wife liked the makeup wipes supplied. Water was hot and shower was good. Bed was ok.

There was no clean mat to wipe feet so every time we came in from outside we carried in ‘crusher dust’ from where the car was parked, making the floor and feet dirty. Lounge was very low and hard to get out of. The whole Villa is starting to show its age along with the thread bare tea towel and the dirty exhaust fan in the shower.

Facilities for my son were perfect, cafe open early out the front office had nice coffee and food 👍 staff friendly and helpful price off 180 was acceptable for 3. Spa and pool was awesome also jumping pillow was good. If camping it has an awesome camp kitchen and facilities and immaculate kept grounds. Definitely worth a stay especially with kids

Other than window in cabin 11 being off its hinges when we entered and fell onto the floor near front sliding door. That was fixed immediately and no one was hurt so can't complain to much about that issue. Only issue I really had was small oven doesn't cook so 200 degrees don't even heat to 150 if that..never used hot plates so perhaps they were aok. In saying all that I would still recommend a stay here if you have kids and comfy beds and cleanliness and all facilities, lovely and yummy cafe, freindly helpful staff all make it a great stay overall.

Our pet friendly booking included a large pet bed and water bowl. The queen bed cabin was very clean and comfortable and good value for money. Camp kitchen facilites are some of the best I have seen, very clean and in good working order. The grounds, pool and jumping pillow well maintained. Ajoining the property was a caffe providing a wide variety of well priced coffee, drinks, snacks and meals for breakfast & lunch. Across the road is an old golf course providing a nice area for walking and exercising your dog.

All good, above expectations for the price!

The children LOVED the pool and spa. We stayed in Budget Cabin 9 which was excellent value for money. The beds was really comfortable and the cabin had 2 hot plates, a microwave and a good sized fridge. It was really close to supermarkets and quite at night. Great value for money and great for kids.

At the moment there is no parking for unit 9 outside the cabin. It's a short walk around the cabin with your gear. They're in the process of changing it so parking for that cabin is also right outside the door like the others. If you have lots of gear or little kids might be good to request a cabin with parking directly outside when you book. If it's older kids though or not much stuff it won't make any difference to you. Lovely lovely staff and they text you when your room is ready and let you check in early which is so helpful and lovely when you're travelling as a family. Wonderful place. Thoroughly recommend.

Comfy bed, clean, spacious, right near some excellent wineries 🍷 Would have a great vibe in summer time for sure! Our well behaved Kelpie loved the atmosphere, quiet, peaceful and lots of birds!

A little further from town centre, We could have walked in but we were tired after a long day, so opted for Pet Uber to go out for dinner to dog friendly RSL - and Taxi on way home, still a good location and would have walked in if we weren't so tired, So there was nothing we didn't like really!

We had a great stay at the cabins in this caravan park. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the start. The cabins were clean and very well equipped — we especially appreciated the extra thoughtful touches that made our stay even more comfortable. The park itself has great amenities and everything was well maintained. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

The staff were very friendly. The cabin itself provided everything we could need and was comfortable and warm even in the cold dreary weather. Full size fridge which is great for a family. Lots of pillows, towels & blankets. Best shower I think I’ve ever used at a holiday park. We didn’t get to use the pool due to the weather but it looked great.

Our parking spot was a fair distance from our cabin, and the direct path from one to the other was fenced off, so we had to circle through most of the park to get from our car to our cabin. This was extremely impractical with a toddler, a baby, and all of our bags in the dark and in the rain. It looked like previously there’d been an allocated parking spot right next to the cabin but this was no longer able to be used, which was a huge negative in our situation. I would urge anyone with young children or mobility issues to request a cabin close to their parking spot. Outdoor lighting did not feel adequate at night, especially when the walking path was not direct.

The cabin we ordered was 1br cabin We got different cabin a much smaller one 2 bunk beds we didn't want also couldn't eat at table as it was only room for 1 person shoved between wall and sofa We looked at cabin beside ours it was the 1br cabin I booked exactly like photo with heaps of space ours was tiny
