Position was great. Good corner unit no14. Kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Only 4 of everything. Good modern bathroom with large washer and dryer. Wash powder supplied kitchen and bathroom. Tv in bedroom as well as sitting area. Comfortable pillows. Windows and balconies. Close to shopping centre and food outlets. Very suitable for a few days stay.

It’s in most hotels now the quilt between 2 sheets tucked in hard. We have to pull it out all around then the sheets come away and while sleeping they tangle up.

Reception was friendly and very helpful. I was travelling with my sister in a wheelchair. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. The room was well equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities. We enjoyed breakfast at the onsite cafe. The there were also very friendly. This was the best accommodation we had experienced in a week long trip staying at various other hotels. Thank you!

The hanging system in the wards was way too high for a person in a wheelchair. Consider lowering the wardrobe rail.

Easy parking and accessible. Our room was on the first floor with parking underneath. There is a lift for access. Very clean and comfy beds.

I asked for a room designed for accessibility. Unfortunately the room we got wasn’t the same as in the pictures with hand rails in the bathroom. I could manage but it was somewhat disappointing. The couch was very uncomfortable (sofa bed) which wouldn’t be good for a long stay.

The room we stayed in was so cool, when we opened the door we seen a stair case to our right going up and straight ahead was bedroom with a little balcony and bathroom first was confused but when I went up the stairs it was a a lounge area, kitchenette, washing machine and dryer and a dining table. It was so cute and a wonderful surprise I just loved it! I will definitely stay again when I need to as I traveled to work with my daughter and thank you Quest Maitland it’s those little things for me.

I loved everything the only downfall is having a nice restaurant that’s appreciated to take my daughter to go have dinner as we traveled when I would of loved to walk

We liked the bathroom, shower very good and clean. The kitchenette had everything we needed, Beds were comfortable, blackout curtains good. We liked the coffee shop, just next door.

We would have liked to to be able to open the window. Next time will book a room with a balcony. Also a bit more space, as studio on the small size. The lift didn’t, seem to work, so we took the stairs. We didn’t mind, but we had Christmas cake, presents & luggage.

The suite was big and roomy on two levels, bedroom and bathroom on the bottom floor and kitchen, laundry, dining area and lounge area with desk on the top floor. Air-conditioning was quiet and efficient. There was a TV on both levels. The bed was very comfortable. The place was very clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location, free onsite parking and the water pressure and temperature in the shower was amazing! The place was clean and getting additional bedding for the fold out was easy. Staff were lovely and very accommodating.

Only issue was the fold out bed. Full of springs and quite uncomfortable but I’m not sure I’ve ever slept on a comfortable fold out bed

Quest Apartments were within walking distance of the main street, eateries, the supermarket and the river. We had a one bedroom apartment and appreciated the space. The living area however is up stairs, which were reasonably steep, so the arrangement might not suit everyone. If stairs are not a problem, then the apartment offers everything you need.

Two joined rooms meant the parents and kids had their own space when it suited them to chill out and watch tv, or we could eat together in the larger room.

The accommodation was all good. We sadly only stayed one night - it would have been fun to look around Maitland a little more and try out some of the restaurants.

The split level Loft I had was super quiet, spacious and very clean. It had all the facilities I required. Checkout was easy and I would definitely recommend this property to others. As a professional sports photographer I've always been keen to grow my business into Real Estate Photography. This stay gave me the opportunity to practice my skills in this area.
