It's clean and well-equipped, exceptionally warm in winter, and includes a private garage. However, be cautious when driving in as the access path is rather narrow.

It's right by the main road, but the area is very dark at night with no signs. Keep an eye out for the house number. Room 1, located near the roadside, can be very noisy at night due to its proximity to the street. Do not attempt to call the emergency line for directions during non-staffed hours, especially if you are not a native speaker. The response will be impatient and invariably the same: "Check the text message on your phone."

Apartment is spacious. Living room on the ground floor, along with kitchen laundry & a toilet. Both the bedrooms are on the first floor with attached washrooms. Perfect combination of privacy and comfort. Apartment has a secure parking space, and a backyard .

Living room's TV is unfortunately not a smart one so, we couldn't use wifi or Chromecast phones in there. It wasn't listed in the advertisement anyway, so not a big deal but spending long evenings and nights between 3 friends and not been able to watch something on big TV was a bit disappointing but hope the hosts can upgrade it to smartones :) :)

Very well appointed.

A little noisy - car traffic. It rained while we were there and the driveway at the bottom of the staircase was sloping and VERY slippery. My son nearly rolled his ankle and I nearly went down too. Garage very hard to get in and out of and we only have a medium size car. Not much can be done about that though. Kitchen was great and had all that was necessary to cook. However, I think it would be great if the host could provide cling wrap, or something to store cooked food in. These aren’t items you want to travel with and would make a guest’s stay so much more comfortable.

This was an utterly fantastic place to stay! The apartment was luxurious, with all of the amenities we needed! Ensuites in BOTH rooms, a full kitchen and a laundry as well! The apartment was immaculate and served as a perfect “home away from home”. A special mention regarding the garage; it fit our 8-seater Kia!!! We have never had that!!! Thank you greatly to the staff for all of their hard work, wonderful demeanour and friendly, efficient service! Highly recommended and when we stay again in the Newcastle area, we will absolutely be looking nowhere else! Thank you guys!

the apartment was good. Everything worked as expected. The process and management of the apartment was good. The person we spoke to on the phone reception was nice and helpful.

just having day and night air con zoning was a bit limited. it was either bedrooms or living areas. Even though the place was clean and tidy, there was an odd smell which I think was due to someone cooking something with a strong smell. So having some air fresheners would have been good to remove the smell.

All the facilities were good. The apartment was clean and it had enough provisions to keep us going for a cup of coffee on day 1. Happy there was space at the back to park the car and avoid doing so on the main road.

The ability to park the car (garage too small) and the fact it was on a very busy main road. The lounge sofa was a bit uncomfortable to sit on - especially for short people. A cushion or two as back support would have helped.

The location was easy to get to with its own garage to park your car. The size of the apartment was big enough for a family of 4. The bedrooms and bathrooms were upstairs and very roomy especially the 2 bathrooms nice and big. Easy check in with text sent with code to enter apartment and reception was a phone call away, I spoke to a nice lady she was very lovely I think her name was Sarah.

As the apartment is located near a main street the surrounding were a bit noisy. We had a little visitor on the wall a huge wood spider 😬 but that could of happened anyway.

It was comfortable. I liked that each room had its own bathroom. Nice, easy to use kitchen. Good size fridge. It was like a home away from home.

The driveway was very narrow and the turn into the garage was a challenge for our large car, especially as the bins were in front of our garage along the fence, which made our turning area even smaller. It was definitely more suited to a small car.

Lovely modern townhouse style apartment. Enough space and good kitchen. Great bathrooms. Had a laundry and 3rd toilet downstairs. Lovely little courtyard.

Very difficult to get a car in and out of the garage. Our car did fit in the garage but reversing out was challenging with the fence being so close and location of support beams etc. After the first night we ended up just parking on the street. Our car is a medium sized SUV.

Location is good, area is quiet, neighborhood is clean. The apartment is practically brand new, with all and any appliances, and facilities you would ever want. Everything are in good working order. We like the check in can be done any time using door combination code, once advanced payment is made.

While most of the apartment is clean, the air conditioner vents were dusty, causing some./tiny amount of dust blown around. We noted this as feedback to management.
