Fantastic space. Didn't expect it to be that big. There's a washing machine and drier in the common area. There's a vending machine which is super convenient. Heeps of towels. Loved the presentation. It's got everything u need and a little extra. Honestly I would do it again. Almost forgot, shower is good too

Needs TLC. There's a good AC, but I wish it was in the sleeping area instead of the kitchen area. Some visitors leave the emergency exit open which I personally think is a security breach. Also main entrace door definitely needs repair. (Closes from top magnateically, but at the bottom, it could probably let in a baby wombat) Loved the place, though, honestly. Price is awesome relatively to what I've seen. Some other visitors were loud, but I couldn't hear them when I closed the front door, so good insulation

Easy to find. Great parking. Lovely clean room and comfy beds.

It would be great to have at least one full length mirror in the room please. A shelf in the bathroom would be nice too. Two women sharing the room made for a lack of space for toiletries. Also the shower floor was quite slippery, maybe some anti skid mat would be a good thing to have.

Amazingly big and comfy bed! Very clean room, dishes and sheets. Very close to the train station, Coles and Kmart around 10-15mins walk. Easy check-in, all the appliences in the room- kettle, fridge, microwave. Also sink and glasses- exactly what we needed.

The text I received with door codes did not include the room door code, so I had to call the support for it. But my call was answered in no time, so not a big issue. The hotel is further from the city centre and cafes and restaurants, but the train station is near by.

This is a comfortable motel. Clean in a modern building more or less. Really Great aircon, with comfy bed, fridge kettle microwave are all great and clean. Situated in urban Mayfield with an RSL club or similar about a block or 2 away. Maccas 5 minutes in the car with woollies over the road and a strip of other handy shops. No staff is visibly on-premises and you can come and go in privacy ,. That is you don't have to walk past any check-in or desk or staff, so you can come and go in your clown suit and nobody is there to scrutinize

Most shops are about 1klm away, so shopping for essentials like milk, bread, and snacks is not really within walking distance. Entry is by a complicated system of entering a code into a keypad, which must be sent to you by the hotel and can be wrong then one needs to ring a phone number where you will be given a new one. But this is difficult on weekends and you may get redirected to a msg bank if unlucky. Basically, the system can be frustrating but does have one positive. see good points above

Love the kitchen I can use and the laundry is free of charge just need your own washing powder . Great security quiet place to rest and relax

2 minutes walk to Train Station . Very quiet little through traffic. 5 minutes walk to the MEX RSL Club for meals, entertainment and pokies.

Having to use codes to enter the main door and the room. Had to write the codes onto a piece of paper which I kept in my wallet.

Must of changed owners because the hotel is much better than the reviews would suggest! Clean bathroom & room, comfy bed, easy to check in/out and super close to the station.

It was close to tafe which is why we were travelling. It was also quite clean and the room met our expectations.

The undercover parking was really good but very limited so we found ourselves parking on the street in the rain at times.

No staff could be a problem, no hair dryer, the bed often rolled off the wall

Great little place to stay either for long or short term. Room and facilities were neat and tidy. Staff were fantastic when we needed to contact them.
