Very nicely appointed rooms with useful extras like a microwave, plates, bowls etc Very comfy beds. The shower and bathroom were new and modern, and it had a large, rain drop shower head so it felt luxurious.

The parking areas are extremely tight and there is not an awful lot of manoeuvring room. I have a Commodore sedan, so obviously it’s a little bigger than some vehicles, but it made getting in and out very difficult. Of course, lack of space is just a part of inner city living, but you might want to consider parking on the road or only parking in the immediate area near reception, if you have a bigger vehicle like an SUV or 4WD.

I found this motel was clean, comfortable and quiet despite being on a major road (my room was at the back of the building so that may differ between rooms). The staff member who checked me in was friendly and efficient. The ensuite was modern and fresh (and fortunately had a large sink with enough space to fill up the kettle without it touching, an unhygenic situation which I have found common at motels!) I would happily reccomend this motel.

close to everything and even though its on a busy road its still very quiet, staff were lovely and the rooms were beautiful, the shower was really nice and very modern, i would certainly stay again. Highly recommended

nothing to fault of the motel, just sadly we had loud drunks going back to there room via the corridor that was annoying at 1am in the morning but this isnt the motels fault so im still recommending the motel as 5 stars

Great location close to the airport, ample free parking right at the door. Clean and comfortable for our short family stay at Newcastle. Will be back again ext time we are in the area. Thanks to the management for clear and frequent updates.

Second stay here. Both times have just been needing somewhere to stay whilst pasing through. Excellent value for money. Great staff. Rooms have everything you need and beds and really comfy.

I think the only thing I would like to see is a latch on the inside of the room to securely lock the door when you're inside.

It's super convenient, especially for a person like me who'd take public transport. Shops are very nearby. Good food places are nearby overall fantastic location-wise. Great place for the family to go on a weekend!

Just the internet is slow in the room I was in, and network coverage was a bit low to use my own internet too. Lighting could be better

Room was great, and yay for comfy beds and brilliant Pillows! So rare. Very happy.

Parking was an event, only a little painful because i have a disabled child so parking close to the room would of been amazing. No issue if not disabled, lots of parking it's just tight.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. Great everyone had their own space.

Only one tv out if the 3 in the apartment worked, one all channels work, the lounge one had no signal and the room with the bunk bed didn’t have a remote to change the channel. The remotes from the other two tvs did not work on this tv. Wifi was slow but overall good value for money.

We will stay here again. Andrew was helpful and friendly. from shower caps to double power points there were little items of convenience and forethought not provided elswhere. bedding clean fresh and also very comfortable to many no doubt. (soft to our liking)

Staff were really friendly and motel is in a great location. The free WIFI and Netflix was great, really made the stay enjoyable. The black out curtains were a nice touch! We were very happy with out stay.

Parking was a bit of a pain as its first in best dressed and every room doesn't have an allocated spot. but this wasn't too bad as there was heaps of parks around the back and on the side street.
