Location and access to property is easy and affordable for a night.

The microwave cupboard was to far out PowerPoints extra needed some near beds and maybe lamps next to beds or night lights. Outside bin the metal bin is not big enough for residents and is always overflowing No teatowels to dry cutlery or plates Instructions or information pamphlets regarding what’s in rooms . Eg tea coffee milk Double bed was two singles pushed together at least one or a few designated proper couple rooms The joining of beds made it uncomfortable in the middle

Excellent location - close to transport (a 5min walk to the train station), right in the middle of Beaumont Street, supermarket across the road, plenty of options for dining out and several pubs nearby. Good kitchenette - cooktop, microwave, full sized fridge and plenty of crockery, pots and pans, etc. Large, clean bathroom and room was spacious.

If you're not too good with stairs, you might find this place challenging, as the lift rarely works. The bed is two singles zipped together and can be uncomfortable as both beds have seen better days so you can feel the raised sides of the slightly sagging mattresses in the middle of the bed. The property doesn't have paid parking, and street parking outside is timed parking and quite busy, so you need to either park further away and walk up, or keep moving your car.

Loved the King sized bed and the closeness to some shops & restaurants

No parking, only street parking that was an hour limit during weekdays 9-5 and due to the high volume of pubs, restaurants and cafes makes it impossible to find a park. Bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, dirty towel, food and rubbish between 2 seats and a dirty mattress protector.

Clean spacious everything worked well Bed was firm & lots of room

My biggest issue was the staircase leading up to rooms I was alone & struggled to carry bags up Why isn’t there a lift or if one I didn’t see one

As soon as door open you are faced with 23 stairs straight up. Not easy. Also we were travelling for medical appointment so had planned to get takeaway however cutlery provided inly 2 knives 1 spoon and no forkes . Completely inadequate given advertised as superior studio. Sink also didn’t hold water so could only rinse dishes

Location lots of great restaurants nearby for food, room was big clean and cooking facilities, upgraded to a superior studio room, digital checking in with no hassle if late arrival, on street parking but need to understand parking rules if you are not fr AUS

A little noisy at night as facing the Main Street, bathroom tap needs fixing as loose

Great location. Close to the Hamilton night-life. Local supermarket across the road. I didn't stick around for breakfast but looks like there were plenty of cafes on Beaumont St to eat

Took me a couple of minutes to realise I was trying to get in the wrong door. I assume it must have been the fire exit door. After finding the right door it was easy to get in with the door code provided by text message

It was a nice spacious room. It was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchenette. We didn't hear any street noise. There are lots of restaurants nearby.

There is no bedside lamp or even a light switch by the bed. The air-conditioning unit outside was noisy. There is no off-street parking, but we did find parks on the street.

I had a shower and it was not draining and flooding the bathroom, curious to find out why i lifted the drain cap and found it was clogged thick full of hair from previous guests, I cleared it myself and then it drained fine. Cleaners take note

Central location, modern, clean, self-contained apartment. Central location but very quite - you can't hear the noise from Beaumont St. Beds were comfy. Perfect for a nights stay.

Had a few dramas getting in the front door, code wasn't working. Strong smell of cigarette smoke as soon as you enter the common stairway
