I liked the two bedroom apartment it was spacious, functional kitchenette, 2 bathrooms & close to cafes/restaurants.

I didn't like the fact that on top of the accommodation cost we had to pay an extra $25.00 per night (fortunately we only stayed for 1 night) for private car parking which was rather basic but at least our car was under cover but I must say that I have never experienced this cost in Australia before now!

Was charged for parking, get to the unit and the parking roller door is broken. Call up and told to park on the street which is paid at my own expense. Next day we are told it’s been broken for days

Balcony doors didn’t lock No place for putting products in shower No outdoor furniture to enjoy the space

The location was great, very roomy staff where exceptional

It had food crumbs under table and on entry from the lift a double bed was up against the wall the carpet at the door entry had a large stain patch very dirty looking

Noise from upstairs neighbours on second night. Smaller room not secure as external door didn't lock

Great location for the event we attended nearby. Comfy beds, lovely bathroom products, well stocked crockery/glassware etc. and security of apartment. Was concerned about how small the garage was and how we would get out as the spaces were tight then noticed the turntable in the middle and thought ‘what a great idea’. Made it so much easier and safer.

Lack of communication from owners management. Took many questions through Booking.com with no responses from management until i found the direct number. Finally a lovely lady named Donna answered and I was able to book and pay for car parking the day before arriving. Booking was made months ago and it took this long ! Make sure you have a good memory too as there are 4 codes to remember to get in and out!

The staff who run this property went above and beyond, I am so appreciative of their flexibility. Great location on Main Street of Carrington, two bathrooms awesome, lovely big verandah, had A great weekend away with family of four with enough space and plenty happening nearby,

Nothing, even had elevator to get to second floor

The location was amazing, the unit was a great size and comfortable and clean

I paid for secure parking and although I was sent a code a garage number was not told where to find the secure parking, so parked on the street for $25:00

The location in proximity to the buses, light rail and Newcastle interchange is fantastic. Lovely little cafe next door which was great for breakfast and lunch and the pub was only a short walk away for dinner. Lovely apartment and was perfect for our 'girls' time away The staff on reception at their central location was very helpful. Thank you

All good... my only suggestion is to offer different sized pillows. Too high and hard but if a couple of low, softer options were there, it would be perfect.

The turnaround in the carpark wasn’t working and when I asked for a discount I was told to work it out. It was unsafe to reverse as there were blind spots on either side. Also there was no room to do a three point turn.
