Great value for money. Very cheap. Secure car park. Spacious rooms & great location. Even though I have complaints about some areas of cleanliness, the low price of the room evens that out haha

Most of the kitchen plates/bowls/cutlery were dirty. The lid of the kettle didn't open (i used the microwave to heat my water). The coffee & sugar provided was set hard like a rock in the packets. Found a piece of red onion in the shower which hadn't come from us.

The option of having 2 separate bedrooms

No balcony so no fresh air No work space in kitchen Then lift did not work for the duration of our stay causing multiple stairs to get to our room TV - no internet connection. Could not access any of the channels we wanted. Local channels were intermittent. Reported this on day 1 and noting was done- same with the lift. No call back from staff. No room to move in the shower - tiny. Very noisy at night time from the bar below. No sign of the pool shown on the search when looking at the property.

The accommodation was a lot nicer than I expected, with easy access to the building and a great location. Clean and tidy and staff were accommodating.

No hangers or anywhere to put clothes in the second bedroom. No basics like oil or salt and pepper. Somewhere to hang clothing would be great as there is no dryer, washing line or clothes horse, but there is a washing machine. Wifi was average

I received codes on day of checkin as promised and was able to easily follow instructions and get into carpark and my room with no trouble even without speaking to anyone, all via texted instructions. Room was basic & comfortable, only needed for overnight sleep so good value.

I had a little trouble filling in the pre checkin form but that could have just been me - perhaps just look if needs simplifying.

It was a super central location for our weekend we had planned.The Honeysuckle Hotel nearby was fantastic for dinner.

We had a bit of hassle with the parking and myself and another guest chose to walk to get the parking sorted, and it was lucky the other lady knew where the office was located as being a visitor to the city I had no clue and the girl implied that I hadn’t booked for my parking and then realised it had actually been double booked from their end. My advice would be to double check your parking as it only a very small space.

We liked the well supplied Kitchen, and having a washer dryer! Good location too!

It was challenging to access the Star Apartments as there are no Staff onsite. A local person helped us out. We wanted to stay a 2nd night, and emailed our request to the Manager early in the morning, but didn't receive an answer until later that afternoon that they were fully booked.

Reasonable rate for the studio apartment. Luckily Uber driver knew the area and drove me down the side lane to get closer to the gate. Signage needs to be better inside the property and also arrows to show where rooms are .

Small shower with extremely high shower head unable to adjust. Lounge needs replacing as cushions have no support.

The beds were comfortable. A sound sleep by all.

Air-conditioning had an issue, but rectified by management.

The location is great close to beach and market town public transport available 2 mins up the road and rooms are absolutely up with the best with how much it cost for the night highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again

Within walking distance to where we were attending for the night, we needed late check in & the staff over the phone were so helpful and kind. Text messages with detailed instructions on how to get there and find parking & room, was very impressed.
