Good location. Spacious, clean apartment. Facilities looked great. Parking free of extra charges. Good reaction by staff to my desire to watch football…they brought in a digital tv to replace the inoperable smart tv.

The little things that could easily make the stay more relaxing are therefore more enjoyable e.g. the lack of operating instructions for the oven (which was like no other either of us had tried to operate before) and the smart tv / Foxtel; flat batteries in both remote controls for the tv and Foxtel; no hooks for bath towels for be hung up. The internet was down, but this was not the fault of the property, however it meant no smart tv for both nights.

This was the second room we stayed in over christmas, and this was excellent compared to the previous one. HUGE spacious apartment with multiple bathrooms and large balcony. I was worried after staying in a previous 2 bed apartment that was terrible, so it was a relief that this one was great. I don't understand how there can be such a disparity in the rooms at the same hotel, but was glad the second time was much better! We would stay again as long as we would be guaranteed this room!

The apartment was located on the main road and so it wasn't very pleasant to spend any time outside on the balcony. the carpark was also incredibly tight and we chose not to park in there.

The apartment was spacious and accommodated us (extended family) very well. The facilities were very good, the pool and the gym.

There was mould in the shower recess. The carpet was torn in places. We had to ask for blankets as the apartment was cold and we didn't want to use the aircondition er all night. It was advertised as having WiFi, however we were told there was a problem. Also advertised as having a bbque. No bbque.

Location

On arrival staffs attitude. More concerned about meeting the helping customers signing in and being frowned upon for having a large car. A ram which is our only drive and being from interstate it was not a very warm welcome Plus having a party member in a wheelchair being stuck on wheelchair lift was very disappointing

Good location with parking

Shower needs to be care, master bathroom shower not strong enough, and the water temperature changes hot and cold and hot and cold during shower without touching anything. Carpet need to be deep cleaned, not just vacuum. And recommend choose high level for light sleepers, and lower level for more night activities people.

Comfortable bed, clean and spacious property, close to shops. Reception is no longer open but they are still easily contactable after hours.

not enough utensils and kitchen necessities like knife and chopping board. The parking is too narrow but we are lucky that the manager has provided alternate parking. Really appreciated that especially checking in after hours.

Good location, the apartment was very nice, open and bright. Lots of glass windows and doors made it look very spacious with a great layout. The manager at reception, Samantha did every in her power to accommodate us, she was lovely, any problems we had were responded to immediately.

The cleaning staff were very slack in their work, they let their hard working manager down. Things had a very cursory wipe down, if at all in some spots. Disappointing. As soon as we complained Samantha got them to do it properly. The furniture is very tired and worn, but comfortable. Even though we had these problems we’d stay there again.

rooms, kitchen, balcony etc were clean, close to light rain access and to Queens Wharf, car park included. Would stay there again for sure

TV remote can only be used to turn on & off the TV, Lounge sofa & chairs had loose covers, i could be wrong, but they look pretty worn and gives me the impression it wasn't that clean - rather sit on the dinning chair.

Spacious and tidy in the apartment!

Just outside our room there was a large industrial fan pointing towards our door which was quite loud and it smelt like water damage and mould. Would have been nice to have been made aware of it at least to expect it.

Huge apartment in a great location. Bed was very comfortable and shower was good. Kitchen has everything we needed.

The sofa was tatty and uncomfortable, wifi didn’t work - the wifi name wasn’t found at all - we checked on multiple devices in every room and throughout the building. No hairdryer
